He even made a trip to our house, a 20-minute drive from the dealership, to assure that a car's features would work with our narrow garage. The business… associate followed an obvious script to get us to buy warranty products we didn't want, and we had to say, "No" about five times. That was less pleasant. So be prepared for that. But Ramon was outstanding.Thank you for the review, Jim! The ONLY one that took me seriously from the start and kept me happy the entire way through the process was Kia of Burlington. Ramon and Julian are both the… highest level of employees you can have and did everything in their power to make me a happy customer, from letting me test drive and come in multiple times, to getting an absolutely amazing deal on the car I wanted. There was practically no pressure to do anything I wasn't happy with. I got a great car that I'm very happy with and would highly recommend Kia to anyone looking for a car.Hi Zach!
