Great Service!!! Great People!!!
by henryt111 on 01/14/2013updated 08/03/2025I have been an Audi owner for the last 3 years, and recently purchased a Q7 from out of state about 2 months prior, while at an appointment recently in Burlington area I had a serious malfunction with the Q7 that resulted in a serious gas… leak. I ended up at Audi Burlington and was just blown away at the level of service and support I received, within 20 min I was off in a loaner car ( a beautiful 2013 A4!) I received from Jeff H. (Service) a quick update of what exactly was wrong with my vehicle and the cost & quick turn-around associated with the repair. I honestly felt like I was being treated like a family member, going forward they are my dealer of choice hands down. They do not return Any calls, and they treat you like you are wasting their time. Furthermore, I bought a Certified used car there… which needs $3000 in work only 2 months after I bought it! The Sales manager, George Chambers, told me he would rather not have me as a customer than fix these items, which should have been fixed before I even took delivery. If you want to be treated poorly, robbed, and verbally assaulted, then this is the dealership for you!Here at Audi Burlington we stand behind our products and our people. In this case it seems we are unable to satisfy your concerns as the issues you refer to in your posts on Yelp and elsewhere (body damage and driveability) occurred after you took delivery of the vehicle. We can say this with confidence, as we reviewed the internal inspections and photos our factory trained technicians took of the vehicle prior to your purchase. At Audi Burlington, we ensure that each and every vehicle is properly serviced and reconditioned before it is ready for sale. In this particular case, even though the vehicle was past the 30 day exchange period, we did additional work not related to the sale of this vehicle at our expense, in an effort to satisfy your concerns. We pride ourselves in being quick to respond to customer needs, giving our customers the extra effort necessary to ensure their satisfaction.
Here is just another example of how this dealership avoids all responsibility. They will not help you out with any issue you are having, I have proof that the damage occured at the dealership and yet they still deny it. I worked with Todd Page in sales and I'd recommend him to anyone who is a discerning auto enthusiast. I'm a motorhead and… appreciated Todd's product knowledge and his general command of all things involving automotive engineering. We want to know about turbo boost, torque curves, and understeer or oversteer characteristics. My Porsche is also serviced at this dealership and the techs are the best. Anyways, Todd got me into the right model at the right price and I am loving the A4. Can't wait to try out the Quattro system in the snow. In addition to the Audi and Porsche I'm a fan of Herb Chambers Honda. I think he assembles good teams to execute his business model and that makes for a good purchasing experience.Outstanding Customer Service

I was extremely impressed with Mikail and Lanell's approach to understanding my needs and delivering the car that… meets them. The overall experience was relaxed and customer centric with no evidence of sales pressure being applied. Quite honestly, the most pleasant car purchasing experience I have had! She was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. She did not try and push another car on me like several… other Audi dealerships did. She knew exactly what I was looking for and told me she would do her best to find it. A few weeks later my phone rang, it was Caitlin with the good news. I test drove the car, fell in love, and bought it that day. It was very refreshing dealing with a knowledgable sales person who was not just there to sell me a car, but sell me the right car. Fair and Professional Operation

The sales team far surpassed the others. Negotiating a deal was easy. The car had… to be ordered and delivery was a month earlier than I expected. I have bought many new cars and this experience was as good or better than any in my past.Decent and honest. It's all I need!!!!

But I have always been treated just as well as the gentleman standing next to me with a high price tag car. I like the atmosphere here. The… employees are helpful and upfront. It's a modern day dealership with simple old fashioned values. I will be back to purchase a newer Audi.Great experience

The car had a few problems after I picked it up that had nothing to do with the vehicle and they gladly took care of the issues for me. Jay L was… responsive whenever I called and seemed concerned that service handled my concerns quickly and correctly. It just goes to show that not blowing people off after you sell them a car goes a long way, as I would gladly buy from Jay and Audi or any herb chambers dealer again. I know things happen with cars I think the important thing is how they are handled and this dealership did a great job with the few small things that happened with the Infiniti.positive experience w/major repair

There were no delays, no extra or hidden charges, no trying to weasel out of the warranty....they just fixed the problem, under warranty… and on time. (a day early actually).
