The facility is attractive and clean, and although I'm easily provided with a free loaner when… needed, I am perfectly happy to while away an hour or two in company of genuine car people. I have taken my A4 in for service due to multiple reasons including body work. He handles all the issues and provides timely updates. There is… not hassle what so ever. If parts need to be ordered from Germany it gets done very efficiently. Nice rentals are available when I drop my car off and they accommodate my weird schedule to make each service experience smooth. I have an Audi dealership 5 miles away from work, but I still drive 40 mins to these guys.Thank you for taking the time to recognize Jim here at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington. by lager1 on 02/21/2013updated 08/07/2025My wife and I just purchased a CPO'd A4 Avant Wagon from here and we had an awesome experience. Yes, the Avant is a station wagon, but this Audi isn't anything like Clark Griswold's family truckster. It's an amazing ride! The turbo and the… quattro drive are definitely something to write home about! Test drove this car in a snow storm and was highly impressed. The staff at Burlington Audi was nothing short of fantastic. Josh was our salesman and he was absolutely great. He was not pushy at all, very friendly, personable, enjoyable to work with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made us very comfortable and was not pretentious at all. The people in the Audi Dealership in Peabody were so condescending and they totally blew us off after we asked about looking a CPO'd Avant... oh well, their loss. We now have a new dealership for sales and service. Nick the Sales Manager was also great to work with. He was also extremely friendly, personable and courteous. Definitely felt comfortable working with him too and they both seemed to bend over backwards to make sure this was an enjoyable, low stress process. Josh was also great with going over all the features with my wife! At first I thought we would be there all night, my wife is very un-tech savvy. I think she's actually burnt popcorn in the microwave... but Josh explained everything clearly and did so well that she understood everything and can actually use the tech features, nav, bluetooth etc! Thanks Josh and thanks Nick, working with you has consistently been a pleasure.Congratulations on your Audi A4 Avant Wagon! I'm thrilled we were able to provide you and your wife with a vehicle that meets all of your needs. Although we love the Griswold Family Truckster, the Avant Wagon is truly a great vehicle. Extremely rude salespeople and manager (Jonathan and Nick)
by bilzub on 09/01/2012updated 08/07/2025I had a terrible experience at the Burlington Audi dealership with not one but two difference sales guys (Jonathan Yeshiva and a manager named Nick). They were rude, called me names, and hung up on me while I was politely asking them to… match a quote from another dealership. I ended up buying an Audi from another dealership within minutes of my last conversation with them. They almost turned me off the Audi brand (I have been a BMW customer for 10 years and never faced such a thing) but decided that a wonderful company should not be judged on actions of an outright [non-permissible content removed] dealership. Too bad Audi USA hasn't yet taken notice despite the littany of bad reviews.One stop shop

Jason's low pressure approach was refreshing and he really listened to what I was looking for in a new car. I honestly would have been happy with a new… 3 series also and was planning on driving that after the Audi but after going over the A4 and driving the car I was hoping I could make this one work within my budget. Luckily for me they looked up my employer and saw that we had a partnership with Audi that entitled me to a great deal with no hassle or back and forth. I still have trouble believing that I got everything I wanted at the first place I went to, great service, helpful salespeople, excellent product, fair price.Great experience at Audi Burlington

Horrific Customer Service
by 2005s4 on 12/06/2012updated 08/07/2025I'm giving Herb Chambers Audi Burlington a 1-star based on Two major issues with Audi Burlington in regards to the service on my Audi S4 - 1) Excessive Oil Consumption Issues (in which I had to instruct the service technician on the proper… remedy),2) Alignment Issue that destroyed my 4 Brand New Dunlop Derezza 235/34 R18 Tires because of a bad alignment. Below are the unfortunate details associated with my horrific experience with Herb Chambers Audi Burlington. 1)Excessive Oil Consumption (Burning 1 Quart every 700-800 miles) - After an Oil Change by Herb Chambers Audi Burlington & 750 miles later my car needed 1 Quart of Oil so I immediately brought my car back to Herb Chambers Audi Service and per my conversation with uneducated/nasty service technician I was told that burning a 1 quart of oil every 700-800 miles was normal and that there was nothing that could remedy the problem. So clearly I wasn't satisfied or comfortable with that assessment and prompted me to do some personal research (Audi Corp in Detroit) I discovered that the following procedures should have been followed - cylinder leak-down test, check valve cover gasket, check for a clogged PCV System and sump plug/bolts. I returned to the Herb Chambers and demanded that the above procedure be done after which we discovered that the excessive oil consumption was a direct result of a clogged PCV System but as the service technician stated earlier there wasnt a remedy for the excessive oil consumption. 2) Alignment Issue (which destroyed 4 new tires valued at $250 per) - After having my car serviced for an Alignment by Herb Chambers Audi Burlington which was a direct result of purchasing 4 235/34 R18 ($1000) I noticed that the inside wall of my New Tires were severely worn down to the steel wall so I drove my S4 to Herb Chambers Audi Burlington to check the alignment to make sure after driving less than 600 miles my alignment was still in place. Much to my chagrin I was told that my alignment was fine and that my tires were defective which was news to me! So I took my car to another Audi Dealership 15 miles away and contrary to Herb Chambers Audi Burlington enough my car was wayyyy out of Alignment in which I was provided a printed document proving so making Herb Chambers Audi Burlington [non-permissible content removed]!! At this point my blood is boiling over and I drive to Herb Chambers Audi Burlington demanding answers/remedy for 4 Dunlop Derezza Winter Sport SP tires valued at ($1000) and a new alignment. I spoke with Jim P. and he directed me to his pathetic Service Manager who tried to defend lying about my car being in alignment and then lie about the numbers generated on his aligment machine by stating when asked if there was a guideline or manual for alignments for all S4s he stated that THERE'S NO GUIDELINE OR MANUAL but ironically enough that was a set-up question because Audi Westwood & Audi Corp in Detroit Provided me with the information. One would think that Herb Chambers Burlington Service Manager would have great customer service skills and quick remedy this problem so that I would continue giving them business but that Definitely wont happen ever!! I buy Audi vehicles because they are a superior vehicle and because of the great reputation for service on their vehicles not because I want to be taking advantage of and Lied to!! I'm very suspicious of all the superior reviews on this site because I know several other people who have experience my situation at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington but don't have the time or energy to write a detailed review. Clearly giving Herb Chambers Audi Burlington a second chance was the wrong decision. Herb Chambers Audi Burlington never compensated for my $1000 tires or a realignment so I had to get Audi Corp in Detroit involved.Worry Free Service

After a couple of weeks, I am still very impressed with both the car and the service that Michael, Mikail, and the entire… team at Audi Burlington. This was my second purchase of an Audi from Mike in less than a year. My first purchase was a Q5 last June which has been a terrific car which led to my wife giving the thumbs up on the purchase of the S4. My first purchase experience with Mike was such a great experience that he was my first call when I decided it was time for my turn for an Audi. Mike took the time to get to know what I wanted in the new car and spent the time to go over the car and features. This was a huge help to determine which car with what features I would finally purchase. Mikail helped with my trade in and we were able to come to a final purchase contract fairly and quickly. I would recommend Herb Chambers Audi Burlington to anyone looking to purchase a car. Audi's are the the best driving cars that anyone can purchase and Mike, Mikail, and the Audi Burlington team are the best team in the car business. I love the idea of saving some money and getting a 100k warranty on… this car so I can have coverage on it during the loan period. A new car warranty would only last me about 2 plus years. The looked and felt brand new and I'm glad he suggested this to me. If the service experience is as good then I will see you again in 5 years or maybe earlier if I can get my wife to give up her Jeep. Lamia (sp?) in finance was super and not pushy like many finance managers that I have dealt with in the past. I have no problem recommending this dealer to everyone I know after this excellent purchase.Audii Burlington, MA review

On this visit he sent me an email and left a voice message answering my voicemail request for an appointment within an hour of when I had left him a message. When I arrived he had the… paperwork ready, answered a couple of questions clearly and let me know there were some computer updates for the car which would be installed during the visit. He is a good listener, noting my requests and making sure that the service department covered each of them. He is friendly, upbeat, very knowledgeable and answers questions directly without skirting the issue. Jim is efficient and never wastes time, especially when I wait for the car servicing rather than take a loaner. His relationship with his colleagues is friendly which allows him to find out more details if needed.Wonderful Experience

A Rare Friendly Dealership

I've had a number of less than great experiences buying cars in the past and was expecting more of the same. Jay not… only met my expectations, but he blew them away. He answered all of my many, many questions and somehow knew exactly when I needed him without being pushy. I felt like Jay wanted me to leave with a car I'd be happy with rather than the car that would make the most money. He managed to find me a great car within my price range and was clear about the pros and cons of it versus other cars in the lot. Luckily, they were mostly pros! The whole experience was very pleasant and every single person I met at the dealership was friendly and professional. Audi of Burlington is a rare dealer.
