I walked in around 5pm, and Jeff not only greeted me, but recognized me from previous 15K and 25K service appointments. I… sincerely did not expect this, as he deals with dozens of people every day. He was knowledgeable about the possible causes, reassuring that the issue would be resolved quickly and correctly, and understanding of my stress, having just nursed the vehicle from the highway. He also very quickly arranged for me to get a loaner, and I was back on the highway and on the way home in under 20 minutes. It's also worth pointing out that I despite not having purchased my car in this dealership (I purchased it in Pennsylvania), I always feel like I'm greeted with excellent service.Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Jeff here at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington. I have had my fair share of horrible experiences at dealerships, until I came here. The sales staff, service staff, and everyone I have spoken to on the phone have… consistently been a pleasure -- and treated me with respect. I recently leased my third vehicle (a Q5) and felt it was finally time I gave the Burlington Audi team the props they deserve. The General Manager, George Chambers, has often taken the time to check in on our experience while in the store -- something I had never seen at other dealerships. With this last vehicle, the salesperson even delivered the car to my work. Saving $100 by having a car shipped from another state or location doesn't interest me. I recommend this dealership because I value the relationship and the treatment I receive. The communication is accurate and timely and they have been exceptional at ensuring my service experience is excellent. I am a fan and recommend them to family and… friends. I can't think of many service places where personnel call you from their cell phone on their ride home to ensure the message they left you earlier was heard and understood. I like great customer service.Great Dealership and Service!

My salesman was Josh M. who did an excellent job going over the features and offering… a great transition into the new car with all the technology it comes with. I made my choice to go with Burlington after visiting a number of Audi dealers in Boston and the North Shore. After bad experiences with them I decided on Herb Chambers for my new A6. I also got the best trade-in for my Infiniti and the whole staff was very polite and professional to work with. I highly recommend Josh over at Burlington. Now Jeff is my Service manager and Im looking forward to servicing my vehicle and others in the years to come.Congratulations on your new Audi A6! I've had an issue since I bought the car, but the other dealership shrugged me off like I was being… ridiculous. First time at Audi Burlington, and the advisor brought the problem up to ME rather than the other way around, he took car of the problem in a few days & now my car is back & better than ever. I can't even express how great this dealership is. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm making things up, which is how that other dealership made me feel! I'd say if you have a choice where to bring your Audi, bring it here. You will not regret it.Best car purchasing experience ever!

Was our sales person and he was fantastic. Completely pressure free. He went through all the options… and found me the car that had exactly what I wanted. It was still in Germany, and he kept me informed of its progress every step of the way. And the deal was easy and pleasant. Fair pricing both for the new vehicle and our trade right out of the gate (which was a first in my experience).A completely professional, courteous, smooth and personal experience. This was our first time buying a car, and we had previously visited several other dealerships to test drive vehicles and get quotes - but came away… frustrated by the aggressive/uncomfortable/lengthy sales tactics. Our experience working with Jon was the complete opposite - since he was extremely straightforward, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Once we purchased our new Q7, he also took the time the explain all of the features, which was an extra step that was much appreciated. My cars need to be modified to accommodate for a medical issue. He was helpful in arranging… communications between my modification facility and his service technicians, which allowed this to occur. I wholeheartedly recommend Jay Levy for sales.Good communication with technician Jason Russo.

This was the best choice I have made regarding my car in a long time. I brought my car two… weeks ago. Last week I received a phone call from Jenn in service she was following up to see if my service visit went well. To be honest I had remaining concerns but it was the day before Thanksgiving, I didn't have my colander handy and knew I needed to get my car back in the shop. Jenn made sure she would get back to me after the holiday, sure enough she did. I had my car serviced this morning and I am already driving it. It's running better than ever. Thanks to Jim and Jenn. It's a great service department over there. They really are outgoing, friendly and informative. I feel good about returning their not only for service, but to buy my third Audi next year!Amazing Experience - Friendly, Fair, Great Service
by AC57 on 01/31/2014updated 08/03/2025I walked into Audi Burlington on a whim at 2:00pm on a Sunday afternoon after horrible on-going service (or lack thereof) at another regional dealership. Jon M. was sitting at the reception desk off to the left as a I walked in by myself,… and he immediately asked how he could help. I explained that I had been considering an Audi A4 for a long while and just sought to learn more about them. He immediately welcomed me over to his desk, asked me a series of questions about my needs and what was important to ME, and then provided information about the vehicle and its options, as well as information about leasing vs. buying after learning I love new vehicles and I drive so little. I wasn't planning to purchase anything at all that day. However, because of how focused he was on finding what was right for me, how many different cars he showed me, how much he talked with me about the process, my needs, and my hesitations, and how hard he worked with Nick and others in finance to earn my business that day, I ended up leaving with a deposit on a vehicle that I would pick up two days later after the team stayed late to work with me. This is my first lease and the team made me feel so comfortable about why this actually was the most advantageous choice for me. Jon made this process so easy for me - there was really nothing I needed to do other than show up Tuesday to take delivery. He registered the vehicle, returned my old plates, and even texted me pictures of my new car getting its first bath. I can't say enough great things about Nick and Dennis in finance, either - they were great. Overall, could not be more impressed with my experience at Audi Burlington. Purchasing this vehicle on my own, there was every opportunity for them to dismiss my business / questions as another dealership had. Instead, I walked out with a fantastic deal on a beautiful 2014 Audi and a salesman / dealership for life. Thank you, Audi Burlington - I'm working on converting non-Audi friends!Best Service Around

The service adviser kept in touch with me periodically as updates became… available and the vehicle was delivered on time as promised. There were none available in Colorado, where I live, so I started searching nationwide. I found a 2013 S4 with only 6k miles for sale from Burlington Audi, and… the price was very fair. I was a little bit worried about buying a car that I hadnt seen or even driven yet, since I couldnt find any 2013 S4s in my area. I spoke with Jon M. on the phone and he made me feel very comfortable about purchasing the vehicle and even went out on the lot to inspect it himself, sending a photo of the one minor imperfection that he could see on the car. I decided to move forward, but I was working on a very tight timeframe because I was having the vehicle shipped from MA to CO and I needed it to arrive within 10 days. Jon recommended a shipping company and helped get everything coordinated to ensure that the car arrived on time. The whole sales/shipping process could have been very stressful, but Jon made it as easy and pleasant as it could possibly be by actively staying in touch with both me and the shipping company, even on his day off. I was slightly hesitant to buy a car that had been used as a dealer loaner because people dont take the same care with those cars as they do with their own. However, I have to say that the car is pristine and it was a great compromise to save a good amount of money off the new vehicle purchase price. The one very minor flaw that Jon pointed out (a very light scuff mark on the inside bottom of the driver door) was really the only sign that the car wasnt brand new. I would highly recommend this option to anyone looking at a new car. After the sale, Jons service has been great. I was really impressed that he called me a few days after I received the car to make sure that I liked it, and he even offered to walk me through any of the technology features on the car that I hadnt figured out yet. Its such a nice surprise when a salesperson maintains the same courtesy after the deal is done. I would certainly recommend Jon and Burlington Audi to anyone looking for a new or used car, wherever they are located!Thank you so much for sharing your superb opinion about us! I have never felt so confident in the fact that the service dept is fighting for me as their customer, and not working purely for the manufacturer. Both Jeff… B. and Jim P. have handled several issues I had, and exceeded my expectations every time. They always get my vehicle in right away, arrange for a loaner vehicle, and have my car fixed ahead of schedule. Their due diligence and attention to detail has not only ensured my problems were covered by Audi, but have saved me many future problems as well. My Q5, Everything I Expected and More
by wolverine49 on 02/18/2014updated 08/03/2025I was in the market to upgrade my 2009 VW Touareg, and came upon across a beautiful picture of a 2012 Audi Q5 from Audi Burlington. The description of the vehicle was impressive, very low mileage, Prestige package, and all of the other… bells and whistles one would come to expect from an Audi. I decided to take the ride to Burlington to view the car, and this where I met my sales rep, Michael W. I got the VIP treatment as he showed me all of the Q5's nuances and intricacies. However, there was one problem the car that I wanted was not on the lot, and was being driven by another executive within the dealership. Time passed on Michael did the best he could to make me feel comfortable, and it was time for me to return home. Michael felt terrible, and offered to drive the car to my home so that I could see, and drive it. This kid went far above and beyond the call of duty on this stifling day. This told me a lot about the character of this young man, and the type of salespeople that Audi Burlington brings into their family. I was sold from that moment on (of course I couldn't tip my hand so early in the process). This is the finest car I have ever owned, and will never drive any car other than an Audi. Excellent automotive service/customer service

Apparantly, "someone" spilled something. The car was just out of warranty. Jim went to bat for me with Audi, got the situation… fixed under warranty and sent me on my way. This was a short notice visit to service, but I still received a loaner car for the time my Q5 was in the shop. I got to meet the technician working on the car, also. I have had many typical not so wonderful buying experiences in the past, the lying, cheating, and other not so fun stuff. This was different right from the time we first walked in. Usually I get… jumped on by some greasy looking guy who has more oil in his hair than the service department. We were greeted by a salesperson who said they were tied up with an appointment (Bruno maybe?) and directed us to Jay L. Jay took his time learning what we needed, brought up the perfect A4 with what we requested and then showed us some items on the car I thought were awesome compared to my current BMW. When we came back to the dealership he walked us through the repair shop and I couldn't believe how clean it was. It is obvious these guys take care of your car when its in for service just like I was taken care of in sales. We were given a price right off the bat that was better than I had gotten at the other dealership I visited but truth be told I would have paid a little more due to the excellent service we received. On delivery I met a manager Josh who seemed very happy we bought our car from the dealership and was thanked us again, which was a nice touch.Thank you so much for sharing your superb opinion about us!
