This is the second vehicle that I have leased through Frank Madden and the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. The process was easy, efficient, and fun. Frank answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of great information that was useful throughout the process. Rather than rushing to make a sale, Frank was patient and fair. Frank was kind enough to show me multiple vehicles and give me different options for my new lease. Frank was a great person to work with and I would always recommend him and the team at Herb Chambers to friends and family.

We had a great car buying experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. Jake Matton spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood our options. We came in thinking we wanted one car, but he helped us pick the best one for us - and he was never pushy. 5 stars overall!

Jake is the Best!

Being an older senior citizen, I was nervous about the process of a new car purchase. My son-in-law had assisted his son on a previous purchase and recommended your dealership and accompanied me. He had dealt with Jake previously and made an appointment for us. Jake was wonderful from the moment we shook hands! He ‘listened’ to me; what I wanted in a car and was so patient with my ever changing mind on color. We found him so personable, helpful, but most of all knowledgeable about the car and all types of statistics. I finally settled on the car and he kept me as informed as possible about possible delivery time. He even called on his weekend away to tell me the car had arrived! When we arrived for pick up, he spent so much time going through the entire car with me, explaining what every function was, even though some of these functions I would never use and encouraging me to call him with any questions/problems. It was an easier than I thought process and am so happy to have Jake get me through it!

I called and was looking for a Honda Accord in dark gray. I received a call that a shipment was coming in and there was a dark gray on the shipment. I went down and was greeted by Sagielle. It was exactly what I wanted. Sagielle was very patient and answered all my questions and went over everything in the car that I had asked her about in a very caring way.

Had the pleasure to work with Robert Kinneen, the Sales rep who made the process an exceptional experience! He came highly recommended and referred by a family member who has a history multiple purchases with him. He was very customer centric, informative, good listener, very responsive, informative and throughout had a great engaging personality! The referral was very much appreciated, resulting in two purchases. his introduction to the new car, guidance and great attitude throughout the acquisition process was exceptional. I just purchased a new CRV from Herb Chambers Honda Burlington and was pleasantly surprised how well organized and professional my frontline salesperson (Lance) was as well as his support staff including his Business Manager (Don). All questions were answered fully and no one tried to s t r e t c h a truth which for car salesman can be a constant concern! I subconsciously compared this dealership to a previous Honda dealership I had worked with and found Boch Honda in Burlington night and day the best choice.

Just a solidly positive experience

I just bought a 2016 pre-owned Corolla here. Izzy was fantastic to deal with---very responsive, straightforward, and approachable. There were no hard upsells, no negotiated (what you see is what you get for pre-owned); they didn't try to push me to use their financing and admitted readily that they couldn't match my credit union. I was able to fully price the car online including taxes and fees and the price stayed the same and was detailed transparently throughout the transaction. Overall very happy with the process.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I highly recommend it. I had not purchased a car in many years. I had an idea of what I wanted but was dreading the process. The salesman who approached me on the lot was exceptional. He made me feel very comfortable. He made suggestions with no pressure. He really listened and was very knowledgeable. He was an angel in disguise.

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington will take the time to get to know what you want, and work with you to ensure that's exactly what you have when you leave. That holds just as true for used car customers as it does for new Honda customers. If you want to be pressured into a purchase, you had best go elsewhere.
