Contacted dealership about a used online listing. They confirmed that it was available and set up an appointment. This model goes very quickly and other dealers said they had one but gone by time we got there.
Vehicle was as advertised and… a good deal. We passed papers back and forth and we were wrapped up in a couple of hours. No pressure and very accommodating.

With that said, I purchased from this dealership, because of the proximity to my hospital (less than a mile). My time and… work are very important to me. Again, when making the appointment I requested a shuttle and I am told one will be provided at set time (it was excellent, I dropped off and was shuttled back to work in under 25 minutes). But during setting of appointment your "schedulers" continue to tell me (with confidence) I can get picked up and brought back to dealership when vehicle is ready and I go back to my work. Again, this didn't happen and I was informed by my service manager Sean, that it doesn't happen that way. I just want straight facts.Recent visit

Hmmm, I can’t lie, just cause he’s got a bad limp, you gotta treat everyone equally; he was more on the ridiculously… aggressive side of the morning. It was definitely an interesting and confusing morning to why someone would be that aggressive at 7am.wonderful experience from start to finish!
