    Koons service department makes it very easy to schedule service. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They stay in contact with your throughout the entire service process and answer your questions in a very professional manner.

  • In and out quicker than promised

    Oil change, tire rotation and a recall all done 30 minutes quicker than promised. This is my 3rd visit to the service department and each time has been similar. Work done well and timely, courteous arrival and departure experience. Charlie Burkhardt is great to work with.

    I am very disappointed in the handling of my tire replacement. This is the first time I have leased a vehicle, and my assumption was, from the information I was given, that any repair/maintenance of 'your' vehicle was covered by the lease. My 2016 Malibu has only 1800 miles on it, and a few days ago,I noticed that one of the front tires had a bubble on the side of it. I promptly took it to Koons, expecting a repair or replacement of this basically brand new tire, to be covered at no cost to me. Much to my shock and disappointment, I was told that the tire was my responsibility and this brand new tire would need to be replaced to the tune of $371.39.....ONE TIRE! I think I was in shock, as when I thought about it later, realized that since I now had to pay for this, I could have found a much cheaper price elsewhere, and now had to go through Koons Service Dept. I'm sure that this tire has a manufacturer's warranty, due to the low miles on it, and that Koons will probably benefit from this. To me, it's obviously a manufacturer's defect, as there's no way a tire with 1800 gently driven miles on it, would perform this poorly. I would like a refund of the money I had to unexpectedly and disappointedly spend.

    I brought my 2011 Malibu in on 2/20 for a 'check engine light' situation. The service writer, Mr. Eric Tewey, explained that they wouldn't be able to correct the problem until the next day, due to the lateness of the hour. He said he would call me the next day, no later than noon with an update and then arranged for the shuttle driver to take me home. A little after 10AM he called with the news that my car would be ready that afternoon. Around 12:15PM he called again to tell me my car was ready and, if it were OK with me, he'd send the shuttle driver right over. It had been snowing for several hours that day. As I was leaving the service area, Mr. Tewey accompanied me with a snow removal tool and cleaned all the snow off my vehicle. I didn't ask him to do this, nor did I expect it. When I thanked him he said he likes to take care of his customers. Eric, thank you, again, for your concern and respect. And Koon's, thank you for having such a great employee.

    I am always impress with my service experience at Koons Chevrolet. My service technician Brian is great. He keeps me informed of the status of my vehicle through emails and phone calls. I highly recommend their service center.

    I was very impressed with all those that I interacted with. The employees were all friendly and were very helpful. When I came back to pick up my car a man greeted me, walked me to the cashier and then brought my car to the curb :) I had timely phone calls regarding the status of my repair and Charlie was friendly and helpful. I will return to this dealership!

    I was in because my tire was loosing pressure. My tire was not repairable, so it was replaced, and covered under my warrenty. The service department is always professional and prompt. Even after a long day at work, my experience was pleasant. That awesome, clean, and inviting waiting room is always a plus!

    The experience was so easy. I drove up without an appointment. I pulled into the bay, some minor paperwork then I was off. I received a text, email, and phone call to tell me it was ready to pick up. I stopped by the cashier and they drove it around. I was impressed.

    Since I've been a customer, my service writer has been either Charlie B or Brian H. Both are excellent; personable, knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Didn't need the shuttle this time; however, it is an awesome amenity! Glad to know it's there when I need it.

    Between my sale guy Gene and the service manager Brian I was treated very well. I had to have warranty work done and everything I was told ended up coming true. Great experience!!!

    There were parts ordered because of a recall. They came in much quicker then expected. The young lady who helped me was prompt, professional and very courteous in setting up the appointment. Eric took care of everything requested and the gentleman who drove me to/from home was very nice. The only thing I would say, and I say this about all dealerships is - pricing/labor is high for small repairs you can do yourself.

    Dennis was extremely cordial and helpful in getting my car set up to have it repaired and answered all my questions and made sure that I was happy with the repair. I would be happy to recommend your body shop to anyone needing their car repaired.

    Had to have a tire replaced due to a nail in the sidewall. Covered by hazard insurance Koon's Chevrolet replaced the tire w/ minimum delay.
