I don't even know where to begin with my experience at Heritage Honda Westminster. The experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing and welcoming. I went to two Honda dealerships before landing here and I wish I started here to… being with. As a female going to a dealership I always get cheated or recieve an bad deal when going alone but everyone here ensured I got the best deal and worked with me! I personally want to thank the manager Robert Lee for working with me and making me feel like a person and not just another sale. I also want to thank the finance manager Jordan, for going over and beyond to ensure I got the best deal and taking the time to explain everything to be on the financial aspect. Lastly, I want to thank my sales associate Eyoungmbi. He was so patient and kind and made sure I got the car I wanted despite any obstacles. I will forever come here for my car services and future car purchases and recommend to whoever reading this do the same! I will forever be grateful for Heritage Honda Westminster!!

    My 2014 Honda CRV’s service light went on about a week ago. Yes, it was due for its first oil change so I called Heritage Honda of Westminster’s Service Department to schedule the service. I was pleasantly greeted by a very courteous,… knowledgeable and professional representative; she made it a breeze to schedule a prompt appointment with my first choice Service Consultant, Mr. Tom H at Heritage Honda of Westminster, MD. I also received a confirmation and a reminder via my e-mail. Today, Mr. H welcomed me with his professional/friendly manner and clearly explained both the process and estimated time frame for completion of the scheduled maintenance. It was clear that he had all the appropriate information correct and at his fingertips. All personnel encountered were courteous, pleasant and friendly. They were ready for my CRV. The waiting area and restroom was clean and comfortable. My wait was as expected and in about an hour I was on my way with peace of mind that I had not only bought a reliable and fun-to-drive vehicle but more importantly, I found a great service center to keep it running well.     I took in my Honda for routine service. From the time I made the appointment and up until I picked up the car, I was treated in a very fair and courteous manner. My service consultant was Tom and he was very detailed in explaining was… service was performed. He was also very patient when I asked questions. I appreciate the service I get there and have stopped going anywhere else. It is consistent and done well!

    We recently purchased a vehicle from Heritage Honda in Westminster, MD which proved to be a wonderful experience. This was a new vehicle purchase and the internet sales price was far better than I could get through any other dealer. The… deal even topped the projected price offered by "car research" sites. However, price is not the only driving factor in our decision to purchase a vehicle from Heritage Honda. The sales staff was outstanding. Edgar M provided great customer service and follow up during the entire transaction. Additionally Edgar has reached out via calls and emails to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. We have yet to need the service offered by Heritage but from the reviews offered below, I am sure that this will also be a very pleasant experience. I left the dealership feeling that they cared about us each step of the way. Quit reading this and go see Edgar at Heritage Honda.

    I've been doing business with Heritage Honda of Westminster since 1992. This dealership has always been "first rate" with knowledgeable service managers, quality mechanics, comfortable waiting area, and friendly cashiers. Additionally,… they offer a complementary shuttle service within the area and $10 a day car rentals with Enterprise. Highly recommended!

    I once would like to write about a great experience but this will not be it. I bought a nice used honda civic which was still under bumper to bumper warranty that we purchased with the vehicle. I brought the civic in due to the speakers… not working properly. I told them what the problem and due to me being a female I was looked at as if I didn't know what I was talking about. The gentleman stated due to the speakers being after market speakers they couldn't helpe me. I explained that I have a bumper to bumper warranty and the speakers were in the vehicle since I bought it from that dealership. I was speaking on deaf ears. I just said forget it and got my husband to fix it and it took no more than 5 minutes. The only reason I will go back to that dealership is becuase I have a credit. But, once that is gone I am done.

    Ill try to make this short. DO NOT give these guys your business. My experience post buying a brand new car was horrible. I brough it in for a door rubbing on the front fender. I explaing that it was there very soon after buyin the car… and it continued to worsen with the opening and closing of the door. After 3 days of owning the car I noticed the problem and called and proceeded to drop it off for repair. They refused responcibility for the problem. The car was not hit. Absolutely no evidence of a impact. For the dent that it progressed to from the door catching there should have been some evidence accordign to a body shop i brought it to. I am not a dead beat customer who goes and messes up his own car. Heritage was absolutely no help what so ever. Seriously! Stand by your product. I did nothing to this car nor did anyone it encountered in the 3 days i had it. I friends at other brand dealers who said this is an outrage. They said this should have been fixed with no questions asked. So anyways. I am dealing with it in another route of action. We will see how this turns out. Oh! to ad to this. After buying my car i found out that my friends boyfriend bought a car from them and sold him a warranty that was not allowed to be sold for that car. When an issue arose they tried to decline fixing it even though the warranty existed. [violative content deleted]! Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble. Me

    I purchased a new 2007 Accord EXL from this dealership. I've had the car now for about one year. About one week after purchasing the car, the rear passenger side window made a god awful noise when putting it up and down. Even my 9 year old… daughter said, "mommy, I think you bought the biggest hunk of junk on the lot." The front passenger side was leaking water from somewhere under the dash. All of my windows and locks stopped working suddenly one day. The driver window rattles horribly, especially when it's down. My car has been in for service twice already. The first time, for the window and lock problem, they had to replace something electrical in the door panel. After fixing that, my key fab didn't work. That time, they also fixed the leak. The second time I had the car in, which was just recently, I had the rear passenger window fixed, my fab fixed and they had to order the part to fix my driver window. I was told I'd receive a call when the part came in. I have yet to receive a call, so the driver window still rattles. Most recently, yesterday to be exact, I went through the car wash. Lo and behold, I open the rear passenger door to get something out of the back seat, and there's water in the car. It didn't come from the window being down or anything since that was the first thing I checked for when I saw the water. I'm not talking a drop or two. I'm talking at least a cup of water. No one will listen and they refuse to see how to fix the problems permanently or give me a car that doesn't leak, squeak, etc.

    This Mile One dealership and their Internet Sales Consultant sold me a brand new 2006 Honda Civic EX 4dr without EVER disclosing that it had been in an accident on their lot by a dealership employee! The vehicle was fraudulently sold to… me as NEW, never disclosing the shocking history of its engine component damages and repairs. I only found out at a later date when the Service Director slipped out and told me. The General Manager stated Honda Corp. and his dealership have done nothing wrong or committed any violations against Maryland laws or COMAR. Additionally, he stated clearly that this accident/collision was never reported to the MVA, Honda Corp. or any other entity to date. The Mile One Division President of this dealership refuses to replace my "NEW" car via a Substitution of Collateral. He's tried to "make me go away" by offering $250 and an extended warranty after pervious failed attempts by his employees to offered a "trade discount" for a new 2007 Civic and at my expense to make up the diminished value difference due to THEIR collision. They are obviously a dealership and major Automotive Group committed to fraudulent & deceptive practices to make a sale all at the consumer’s expense. P.S. I was a long time Mile One family customer of theirs too... BUYERS BEWARE! (Supporting documentation is available regarding this complaint in detail)

    I visited today as per my appointment with Sales Manager Adam. They kept me waiting for 15 mins. I followed up with other sales manager about my appointment with Adam. Finally I decided to walk out and then Adam came out and told that he… was not aware that I was there. That’s shows a lack of professional service as I followed up with other sales manager informing of my appointment. Then another sales manager came forward to talk with me. I felt like they are trying to do favor to me by talking to me…body language was negative. Very blunt on the way they went about dealing with a customer. My car was apprised at way below the market place.. I went to other premier dealer and appraised my car and trade in value was much higher than what it was offered to me. There was no interest from sales person to get into any discussion as if they are ready to go home as it was around 7:30pm.

    From Jack showing us different models and features to Robert securing our loan (i have bad credit) they worked for our best interests and not just a sale. The lady in financing went over all the warranty options as if i was her own son. She… clued us in to what the best values were and made sound recommendations. Fantastic experience all the way around!

    I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey EXL back in April 2011 from Chuck H. I was with my then 4 yr old and had negotiated a fair trade in price for my 2003 Honda Accord and believe that I received a very competitive price for the new vehicle. As… a female, although I am not intimidated by much, I thought there was a chance that I would be treated differently than I would be treated if I were to purchase the vehicle with my husband present. I couldn't have been more pleased with Chuck's respectful nature and I never once felt that I was being spoken down to. I consider myself a fierce negotiater and I believe that we all left the signing of the vehicle pleased. I have recommended Heritage Honda of Westminster numerous times since then. I live 35 min. away and still prefer to go to them for my service.

    I have been servicing my Honda accord at Heritage Honda Westminster for about 3 years and I'm 100% satisfied with everything they did ranging from simple oil change to changing timing belt. My latest visit for non-oil change purpose was on… October 28, 2013 for unusual noise in the right front side of my car and I met Tom who is an incredibly pleasant guy to work with. He carefully listened to all my complaints and promptly got my car checked not only for the problems I complained about but for everything else. They quickly diagnosed the noise was due to the heat shield which was coming off. They fixed it and the nasty noise is gone. I paid about $107 for all the checks, oil and filter change, and the fix to the heat shield which I thought was very reasonable. Overall I'm very happy about how I'm treated at Heritage Honda and I will recommend them to all my friends. Sol. T. T.

    I recently purchased a new CRV from Heritage Honda and my experience was a pleasant one. After a long search and what became a month and a half long car search process, I worked directly with sales person John M., who was steady, patient,… and always available to answer any and all questions that I had. He was pleasant to work with and never pushed, which at times can occur with the sale of cars. I would work with John in the future and highly recommend him should you be interested in purchasing a Honda.

    I was searching for a gently used CR-V, and my family has had such a great experience with Duffy at Heritage Honda in Westminster that I decided to shoot him an email. Duffy found exactly what I was looking for, and was so incredibly nice… and helpful. The car runs like a dream, and everyone I dealt with at Heritage was delightful. I will send everyone I know to Duffy if they're looking for a car. He's exactly what you want in a car salesman-- not pushy, friendly, helpful, and you can tell he loves what he does.     I'm simply very impressed with Heritage Honda and the sales team (consultant Doug Belfield and manager Shawn Davie). After a fruitless local search, they were willing to find the CRV I wanted and the price quoted over the phone was great.… I traveled a long way and was a little concerned that what we had discussed over the phone might change but their ratings on other sites are great so I thought it was worth a shot. Turns out I had nothing to fear. Everything was as promised and their friendly, professional attitudes and the competence of everyone involveds made the long trip worth it. I don't know if others will be willing to drive as far as I did but I won't hesitate to recommend these guys.
