    Great experience purchasing a 2024 Cadillac XT4 at Lens Stoller Chevrolet of Westminster, MD.. Austin our sales associate was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The whole staff of this dealership was also just as wonderful. Everything went very smoothly. We highly recommend Lens Stoller Chevrolet of Westminster, MD.

    Likes: Salesman, John Rahe. I had to order a truck to my specs, and during the wait, John was extremely communicative to all of my email inquiries / questions. A most pleasant experience. I went to two Chevy dealers before Len Stoler (closer to home), and I couldn't get a salesman to take this 75 year old cowgirl seriously - to order a 2024 3500 Chevy High Country. John did! The entire sales process went smoothly and pretty quickly. The only dislike: tires were not inflated to specified requirements.

    Dealership and sales people really wanted to sell me a truck and we’re not pushy. After initial ‘tire kicking’ visit they made contact. Then 2 days later, when I was at another dealership with anticipation to buy and decided not, LenStoler phoned me as follow up and sent a carrier to pick me up and bring me to Stoler.

  • Extremely Disappointed

    So working on my deal for a used truck, we played the game of back and forth on the price. My final offer was $1,145.00 less than there offer. They were throwing in a $2000.00 extra warranty I was told. I responded by saying I didn't want the warranty just give me the deal I wanted. They came back with dropping the price by $145.00, still $1000.00 over my offer and they took the $2000.00 warranty out of the offer. So I guess the $2000.00 warranty was really only worth $145.00. Very disappointing in the way that they must seem to think people are stupid.

  • Fees totaled almost $3500

    We expected a great experience based on several other reviews. We were shocked when they brought out their offer, which included a $500 doc fee, a $1500 "reconditioning" fee, and an additional $1300 to certify a vehicle that was advertised as certified used vehicle. We were offended by the misleading price on the car, which was fair until all of the fees were added. It was also a huge waste of our time, since we drove 3 hours round trip after work on a work day. They lost a guaranteed sale because we really loved the car and came prepared to pay for it and drive it off the lot.

    I purchased my first new car in 23 yrs. on April 27, 2019. Sharon was such a joy to work with. She was very busy that day helping two other customers. I didn't feel pressured or rushed into making this purchase. Thank you so much Sharon. I also want to thank Ray, Lee and Barry for all your help. I love my new Equinox.

    We contacted Sharon Graves again after needing another vehicle for a son who had his vehicle damaged by another person. We were looking for a certain type of vehicle and she put forth a great effort but was not able to find us one in our price range but didn't forget us either. I would recommend her and Len Stoler for future purchases.

    This is the 4th vehicle we have bought here in 4 years and third time we have been taken care of by Sharon Graves. She always finds us the right vehicle and looks out for our best interest. Also spoke to Rhonda in service and even though we have not had service here she is available to answer questions. Ray also made sure we were taken care of and felt welcome.

    will not contact you when they tell you will not help with nothing they should not rip you off like they do i will walk before i buy a car from them they should fire all staff and hire nice people to help sell cars and trucks bill

    Everything about our experience at Len Stoler Chevrolet was first class! Barry, Ray, Sharon and Lee all took care of us from start to finish and made us feel like a part of the Len Stoler family. This was the smoothest car buying experiences we've ever had. Cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a Chevy - new or used!

  • Bad experience

    Went in to purchase a vehicle with the intent to start negotiations with what edmonds.com price listed and this dealership lost a easy sale as they would not negotiate more than less of 1%. I had No trade in, preapproved credit with check in hand. Len Stoler Chevrolet should be embarrassed

    My husband recently bought a used vehicle from the Westminster Len Stoler. They vehicle although in decent shape has many issues not covered under our 30 day warranty. It has 3 different tires on it which makes it shake a highway speeds. Our salesman told us there is nothing he can do because it passed Maryland inspection. This seems legit, NOT! Although the help we received while trying to purchase the vehicle was great, trying to get help after is unsatisfactory.

    I contacted Howard Longaker, the GM, in July 2015 about finding a used Chevy Volt in my price range and with certain enhancements. He and Bert Ritter scoured the US to find me exactly what I wanted. It took about a dozen cars and four months, but they stuck to the search and I finally took delivery of my awesome 2013 Volt last week. These two guys were so diligent and careful about choosing a vehicle for me, that you would think they were buying it for themselves. I highly recommend Len Stoler Chevrolet and especially Howard and Bert!

    My husband and I just bought a new Malibu LT1 from Len Stoler Westminster. Everyone there was very kind to us and extremely helpful.I also own a 2007 Chevy which I take to their shop to have fixed if needed. Again everyone very courteous and kind.Definitely recommend them.

  • Learning Experience

    My son was shopping for his first car since graduating college and getting a job. He decided on a Chevrolet Cruze Diesel. The size was right, the engine was peppy and it gets great mileage. He did his shopping at several dealers and was able to negotiate a very good price with another dealer. When driving to that other dealer, Kaitlyn at Len Stoler called and said that she could match the price of the other dealer. I asked her to confirm it and she said she had so we turned and went to Len Stoler to finish the deal. Throughout the negotiation, Howard the sales manager was engaged. I have several emails confirming this. On arrival at the dealership Kaitlyn was at the dealership but not available. Laura began handling the deal. She was very nice and I don't think she had anything to do with this. Forty-five minutes into the process, Howard said that they couldn't honor the price. He made some excuses but the bottom line that the sales person negoiated a deal, said is approved and then management would not honor it. We immediately left and went to the other dealer we had negotiated with and picked up the car for the exact same price Len Stoler agreed to but did not honor. I won't be back. The only upside is that my son learned what to do when a deal is not honored. Walk away.

    Just purchased my 20th car in my 30 years of driving, a beautiful 2015 Impala from Len Stoler Chevrolet. This was my first car from Len Stoler and also my first car purchase through the internet department from any dealer. Len Stoler beat 3 other dealers across the US and I credit Sales Professional Laura Antulov who was just a pleasure to work with who quickly followed up on all questions and pursued this opportunity as if I was there in person which made the difference in buying from this dealer 3 states away from home. Upon agreeing on a price and picking up the car there was a wrinkle obtaining one of the $1000 rebates. Other than disclosing the issue, the dealer honored the price and did not attempt to wriggle out of their offer. The entire sales team was just great and very professional, This one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Looking forward to car 21 from Len Stoler when it's time for the next one!

  • Not a great experience

    Please know the law and your rights. We came here to test drive. We asked if they could hold the car. Mr. Jordan told us, to hold the car you have to sign papers. We trusted what he said. We did not know we were purchasing the car. We never gave the down payment, we never took the car off the lot. They called us and told us we had to purchase the car because they Scotch Guarded the vehicle. Then they told us because we signed the papers we had to take the car. Please do not trust anyone. Please know the law and car buying language. Please be educated. We were railroaded into purchasing a vehicle here. - one that we never drove home. Beware.
