Heritage Hyundai Towson

My wife and I originally went to the Thomson dealer in southeast Balt. to look for new Santa fe 2013 and we were very disappointed with the sales agent. He did not know anything about the car, and he did not pay attention to us even though we made an appointment. So we decided to go to Heritage Hyundai in Towson. Stan G. immediately came over to help us. He was very knowledgable about the car and its features. He spent quite a bit of time telling us the different options available. He was also very patient and understanding our situation and how we wanted to handle the trade in and financing. The dealer did not have the exact car we wanted, however Stan quickly found what we wanted at another dealership and arranged for it to be brought to us. Overall we had a great experience with Stan and we recommend his services.
