Sport Honda Family Experience

I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports… Family.
On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car.
My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter.
Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. Then, he introduced me to Business Manager Josue Canas-Benavides.
Josue handled the financing. In addition to handling my financing, he also guided me through the necessary warranty and beneficial protection plans. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car.
Mike assisted me in transferring items from my old car to my new car. Even though they closed at 6:00, Mike was there wrapping things up with me until I happily drove off at 8:30.
The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car.
I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department.
I am very excited and pleased with my new car and feel confident that Sport Honda will take very good care of it in the future! Based on my extraordinary experience, I highly recommend Sport Honda.

This is the 4th Honda I have leased at this dealership. I won’t go anywhere else because the… professionalism and knowledge of the team at Sport is unmatched. There are many dealerships much closer to where I live but since I first started leasing cars at Sport Honda with the expertise of Julius Crane, I choose to keep going back. From sales to finance and the service dept I couldn’t ask for better or more courteous service. And every vehicle has performed so well it amazes me. Not one flat tire or breakdown in 7 years with 4 vehicles. My 2019 Honda Civic EX Turbo is thrilling to drive with more and more features added to enhance my experience behind the wheel. Mr. Crane’s professionalism, patience… and dedication in satisfying our needs made us feel very welcomed! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. To our surprise, he never pushed us to buy any extra add-ons. He and other team members at Sports Honda went the extra mile by staying very late into the night with us to help us finalize our purchase. We discussed options, colors, packages, technology and… pricing. I felt no pressure. I left that day without buying any car because I was waiting for a check from my insurance company who totaled my old car. When I called Louis 3 days later and made an offer he called back in a few minutes and accepted. The next day I drove the car home, very satisfied. He followed up with a phone call a week later to see how it was going and asked me if my dealer installed options were completed. All in all, I had a great experience with Louis and Sport Honda.The Importance of a Great Team
