I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports… Family.
On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car.
My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter.
Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. Then, he introduced me to Business Manager Josue Canas-Benavides.
Josue handled the financing. In addition to handling my financing, he also guided me through the necessary warranty and beneficial protection plans. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car.
Mike assisted me in transferring items from my old car to my new car. Even though they closed at 6:00, Mike was there wrapping things up with me until I happily drove off at 8:30.
The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car.
I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department.
I am very excited and pleased with my new car and feel confident that Sport Honda will take very good care of it in the future! Based on my extraordinary experience, I highly recommend Sport Honda.

The car was exactly what was advertised and we liked it a lot because no extra fees were charged, only the one foreseen for MD. I appreciate the straight forward approach and professional, friendly service. I have worked with the same salesman… for at least two of the purchases. Run, don't walk, to Mike Canter for the best car buying experience!

I had actually met with him four years prior when I was initially thinking of buying a new car. Although I did not purchase a car at that… time, Mike periodically sent me emails letting me know of specials on the Pilot. I very much appreciated the ongoing correspondence. Mike was very thorough in going over the new car details. There have been a lot of changes since I bought my 2006 Pilot. If he could not answer a question, he quickly found the answer. Most importantly, he returns calls and emails in a timely manner. In addition, he was always professional and courteous during my interactions with him. Mike not only partnered with me through the buying experience but also after I took the car home. That is when there are many more questions that you think to ask. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.Best decision ever!

Many people on lot interested but they held it for for a small part of the down payment. They were very Accommodating at answering my… questions and quashed my concerns about buying a car over the Internet. Tim Vo walked me through the features and we even learned some stuff together. It was easy to finance and all paperwork was ready when I got there it was a very smooth transaction.Great deal and buying experience

They worked hard to meet our needs and explained the extra methods they were trying, to increase the trade-in… offer, to help the deal work out. The Finance process was smooth and not pushy on the warrantees, like at other dealers. Mohammed even called me a few minutes after we left, to let me know he had forgotten to top off the gas tank. We hadn't even noticed. So we turned around and came back. I'll be back there to for our next purchase.Some premium service ..

This man was able to juggle 3+ clients at the same time and keep everyone happy, that guy is good. From the time we walked in the dealership an amazing young lady greeted us and provided us the best customer service my… husband and I ever experience. She was extremely nice and happy to help us. When we were ready to buy our new car, Wedge gave us a great price, no hassle, no hard sell, and none of the usual "let… me get my sales manager" in response to trying to get a good deal. We appreciated how Wedge showed us alternative cars that actually fit our needs better. We were not the easiest of customers -- we were on a tight timeline, picky about colors, and didn't have the time to come into the dealership… except for a quick test drive. Nathan texted and spoke on the phone with us and arranged for all of the paperwork to be done remotely and even delivered our car to us. It was the best, easiest car buying experience we've ever had. He immediately put me at ease. I really appreciated his professionalism.… He answered all of the questions I presented in a clear and concise manner. My goal -I hoped - was drive off the lot with a car. With Mr. Pesantez's expertise and diligence I was able to leave the dealership driving my car. My sales rep Louis was great, he took his time to asses my needs and showed me numerous cars to test drive, mind you it was freezing and I know it wasn’t fun going back and… forth pulling cars out. I think what won me over at this dealership is that when I walked in I didn’t get the usual pushy car salesman experience you find at most dealerships, every one seemed genuine. The manager Andrew worked with me to fit my budget and was very straight forward and Louis made suggestions on ways for me to save money and addressed all my concerns. Both our salesperson Anthony and his sales manager Andrew exhibited customer service skills which are beyond exceptional. SPORT HONDA delivers! Our sales experience this time has been… quite different. Due to Covid 19, the entire process in obtaining our new CRV Touring edition went seamlessly. Not once did we have to step into their new showroom to close the deal. Our previous HONDA was taken from our home back to the dealership for inspection and the new one left at our home to test drive. The next day, Anthony returned, took the new CRV back to be prepped for delivery and on a Sunday evening returned with the paperwork to be signed. On my third, they gave me a fair price from the very start without any haggle. The negotiation was easy as was… the delivery of my vehicle- I never left my home because I knew what I wanted. I competed their price against 24 other dealers to no avail. In doing so, I got pushy salespersons from the other 24 and people who just would not listen. Doing business with Sport was like pressing the easy button. I would highly recommend Sport Honda for their fairness and ease.
