Sport Honda Family Experience

I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports… Family.
On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car.
My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter.
Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. Then, he introduced me to Business Manager Josue Canas-Benavides.
Josue handled the financing. In addition to handling my financing, he also guided me through the necessary warranty and beneficial protection plans. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car.
Mike assisted me in transferring items from my old car to my new car. Even though they closed at 6:00, Mike was there wrapping things up with me until I happily drove off at 8:30.
The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car.
I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department.
I am very excited and pleased with my new car and feel confident that Sport Honda will take very good care of it in the future! Based on my extraordinary experience, I highly recommend Sport Honda.

The Only place to by a Honda in Montgomery County Maryland

Not only did she answer all of my questions within one email, she beat All of the other offers I had previously gotten. She didn't push or pressure me and didn't make me come in to talk about the price. No crazy addendums, no BS market adjustments, no add-ons I didn't want, just the best price. She also made sure that when the car arrived, the time spent at the dealership was minimal. I have never had a smoother experience at a dealership. Highly recommend.Excellent customer service

This included making the closing seamless without having to wait around in the dealership for hours and showing great patience in reviewing the CRV purchased. There are so many… things to know about new vehicles these days and it can be overwhelming but Michael moved thru each area of the SUV including the technology and made it simple to understand. The staff at Sport Honda, Isaac, Josue and Andrew, were all professional and treated us better than any of my previous three leasing experiences with Honda. I was able to get just what I was looking for.… I was impressed with the prompt follow up by the sales and leasing consultant, Isaac, making the initial contact after my call. Andrew, the manager, was fair and negotiated with me in good faith. I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly completing the paperwork was with Josue, the business manager. Louis Ohaka

A 2020 Passsport that had just be turned in off a least in the color I was looking for and features that was super clean. The previous… owner must have been anal retentive like I am about caring for a vehicle. It had a Not For Sale sign on it and when I inquired about it Louis Ohaka said he would talk to his manager. They were going to sell it to Carmax and I said I wanted to test drive and Louis made it happen a few days later. Long story short, I'm now the owner of that super clean, low mileage Passport. Louis had the Passport detailed and some minor damage to the passenger side rims repaired beautifully. Louis walked me through all the features and setting up my iPhone to the Blue Tooth. The finance manager, Josue Canas got all the paper work done very smoothly with no hiccups. They had the opportunity to get a higher price from me, but they stated the price just dropped and they honored it. I had… no idea it had dropped. Tim was a pleasant salesman and was more concerned about selling me free coffee versus pushing the car on me. After buying the car, it did have a bad battery and a chipped windshield. I reached out to Tim and they covered all of it. Josue in finance was also pleasant to work with, due to his speed. He didn’t have me waiting there for hours on in.
