He is very patient and answered all our questions. We felt very conformable making our decision to buy our BMW… without any hesitation. That's the way to buy one's first Bimmer!

He showed me a plug-in hybrid that qualifies for the Federal tax credit and fits my daily commuting needs. No pushy… sales tactics, just helpful advice and the chance to test drive several cars before picking the one wanted in the color I wanted. It took me less than 24 hours to drive the car off the lot, fully charged and cleaned. I love my new sedan. I recently brought it into the dealership to have tags installed. Scott personally installed the front bracket. In and out in 15 min minutes. Excellent car buying expereince
by WJ on 02/09/2023After checking out at 2 dealers (with long wait at MB or lack of interest in us at Audi), we went to Nate to inquire about BMW X5. It was a game changer! He knows all the functions, informs us of different options and pricing, and is… very precise on the delivery timeline ( he is right on spot in the end!). As a result, we decided to go with Nate immediately, ordered the car and sought his advice in adding options and color choice. In comparison, 1 month later, I stopped by another BMW dealer close to my house to check out- it turned out the sales person gave out wrong info including a delivery timeframe that is completely off. The customer service that I get at this dealership and the overall care and service second to none. I recently purchased… an automobile from the dealership a little over a week ago. My BMW sales person and advisor Nate Vitek was able to answer all of my questions and find me the vehicle I wanted. I was able to get a rare allocation thanks to Nate and the sales manager Joanna and when any issues arose they were able to address them quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a BMW or a luxury vehicle. They truly tailor the experience to the customer and go above and beyond. We called in advance to make sure the Z4 we were interested in was still… available, and Harold Shelby said it was, and that he would have it parked out front for us when we arrived. First Class Guy, that Harold. Informative, kind and so helpful! Harold set up test drives for us and helped us make sense of the all the technology that comes on today's cars. He ushered the car through the final inspection to make sure it was ready for us to take it home, and we were off and running. Love the car and loved the experience of working with Harold! Great experience Leasing 2023 BMW X5 e45 at BMW of Silver Spring
by Yan S on 11/05/2022We had a great experience leasing our second BMW from this dealership! We worked with different people this time and our experience was even better then it was in 2014. Brittany Barrett and Max Moyer exceeded all our expectations!… Brittany is a true professional and a great person. First of all, she knew everything about the car and answered every single question we had before the test drive, during and after. Secondly, she was always very polite, patient and extremely easy to work with. After we ordered our car, Brittany constantly followed up with emails updates on car's build and progress. We are taking a car delivery at the BMW Performance Center in SC, and Brittany sent us information to make sure we will have a great experience there. Finally, she has never applied any pressure in any aspects of our communications and all experience was not stressful at all. I can say with a full confidence, Brittany is the best car salesperson I purchased my car from. Max Moyer met us when we arrived at the dealership and assigned Brittany to work with us. Every time he passed by, he stopped and made sure our experience was top notch! He constantly inquired if we had any additional questions, needed anything to drink or he could help us with anything. When we visited the second time to sign the papers, Max kept coming over to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the deal. Not to sound cheese, but Max is the best car sales manager we have ever bought a car from. I also want to give kudos to Gen Awanohara, the finance manager. It was great working with him.
