I am now a lifetime Lexus driver and honestly it is due to the Stella Service I receive from the Service team-particularly Regina! I never feel that I had left making an unsure decision. Trusting my service provider for the health of my vehicle is important. I do & I have recommended my friends to see Regina in the Service dept at Lexus Len Stoler Owings Mills. She’s knowledgeable and trustworthy!

I love that this dealership cares about its customers and their needs pertaining to their cars. I have never had an issue at this dealership and I’ve been coming for many years. My service advisor was Aaron and he was Excellent. The service was outstanding and EVERYONE was professional and friendly. Appointment times are convenient easy in and out. I was impressed how the technician shared a video of the repairs that was required and recommendations.

I've been going to get my car serviced for about 5 years now, and the customer service is always top-notch. From the moment that I check in to talking points with Regina. Who by the way, always greet me with a smile, goes over what needs to be done and takes the time to explain things to me. Regina always exceeds my expectations. I really enjoy going to the dealership and getting my car serviced because it's always pleasurable. They really take care of you and your car. Always 5 stars!

Horrific Service by the Service Advisor

The Service Advisor was rude and unprofessional. He actually hung up on me after I questioned the service needed for my vehicle. I called back several times to speak to General Manager and sent two emails via the Len Stoler website and never received any response.

I liked the fact that once I got the car there the problem was diagnosed and resolved. However, when I requested emergency service a few days before that I was denied. I think loyal customers should be treated a little better.

The only problem I had and this was a fisrt. The service tech got in my car with their oily gloves on and left oil stains throughout the interior. With the interior being a light color, there were stains on the door, the arm rest, the center consul and other places. I would recomend that service techs remove their gloves before getting in the the cars.
