I am now a lifetime Lexus driver and honestly it is due to the Stella Service I receive from the Service team-particularly Regina! I never feel that I had left making an unsure decision. The saler was well knowledgeable and try all possible means to assist find what we are looking for. My dislike for Lexus is that they do not make the TX 500h with a bench sit for second roll.

I did my research online and knew what I wanted.(RX 350, low miles, under certain price point) Dan contacted me and took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained what "Lexus Certified" meant and we visited the dealer next day. We met Dan, he was a pleasure to work with - took his time with us. I highly recommend this dealership and Dan!!

My service advisor was Aaron and he was Excellent. The service was outstanding and EVERYONE was professional and friendly. Appointment times are convenient easy in and out. I was impressed how the technician shared a video of the repairs that was required and recommendations.

Out of State Buyer: Car Arrived and We Love It!

We purchased a new Lexus TX with Tyrone, and he was amazing the whole way through! We are out of state buyers from Dallas and Tyrone went the extra mile. We gave Tyrone the exact model we were looking for and he was able to locate the perfect car for us before it even hit the inventory. Once we reserved the car, Tyrone followed up multiple times a week as the car was being manufactured and shipped. When the car made it in, he helped us ensure a smooth handoff to the shipper, even when the shipper faced multiple delays. A bit over a month into the process, the car made it into Dallas and we love it. Thanks!

Best Purchase Experience Ever

I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my new Lexus GX460 from Len Stoler Lexus. My sales consultant, Marina Davis, was incredibly attentive, understanding, and a joy to work with throughout the purchase process. During negotiations on pricing, I received open and transparent communication from the General Manager, Mr. Kassel, and felt that I was given a great deal. Our Finance Manager, Travis, made the process quick and easy and we felt no pressure. The dealership was clean, the staff was welcoming, and I am comfortable saying that my experience was the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had (and I've had over 50 cars!). I cannot recommend Len Stoler Lexus and their team highly enough.

I've been going to get my car serviced for about 5 years now, and the customer service is always top-notch. From the moment that I check in to talking points with Regina. Who by the way, always greet me with a smile, goes over what needs to be done and takes the time to explain things to me. Regina always exceeds my expectations. Horrific Service by the Service Advisor

The Service Advisor was rude and unprofessional. He actually hung up on me after I questioned the service needed for my vehicle. I called back several times to speak to General Manager and sent two emails via the Len Stoler website and never received any response.

Made preowned car buying a respectful, human process

We had a terrific experience purchasing a preowned year-old Toyota RAV4 Prime from Len Stoler Lexus. Communication--text, phone, and in-person--was outstanding throughout the process. The vehicle was very reasonably priced from the outset, which we interpreted as a sign that the dealership was interested in a respectful, straightforward experience. Our work with Luke proved this to be true. He was warm, informative, and relaxed, and he showed in many ways that he understood what is is like to be on the customer side (e.g., giving us the option to test drive the vehicle with or without him). We negotiated and were able to get a little bit more for our trade-in car, and that was an easy process as well. Once we shook hands and passed over the check, Luke and his team went out of their way to make the final steps as quick and easy as possible. I absolutely recommend Len Stoler Lexus, with special kudos to Luke and the entire preowned sales team for making this as smooth and human a process as possible.
