Negligent and Deceptive

Their service techs are incapable of doing their due diligence and identifying the true issues, and will instead bill you thousands for other items rather than be honest that they cannot fix your… car. And when they do find issues? They will hide it until you're ready to pay them so you need to return and bill additional labor hours. This facility has zero business representing the VW name, and GM Isaac Chee and Service Manager Michael Guard are proud of the poor standards they operate under. You'd be a fool to bring your car here. Don't learn the hard way. I came here, received a disgustingly poor level of service, and I'm here to give you a heads up before you give them your business. There are plenty of places to service your VW. Go anywhere but here.Recommending unnecessary service

by Bernard on 09/07/2019Never purchase a VW from here. The service department is horrible. They care nothing about their customers. You will be disappointed. Never been treated like this before in my life after purchasing a brand new Volkswagen. Never again! Trust… me, never go to this dealership. The general manager is narcissistic and pompous. Doesn't even listen to his customers.
