Well in this case the Mercedes Benz located in Hagerstown MD is just that, simply the best in the country. The God-like level of customer service provided is… something I have never experienced from a car dealer or probably any service related experience I’ve had in my life. I simply mean what I say that these guys are hands down the best in the country. It all starts from the excellent leadership of the service manager Marty Gillions, who is probably the nicest, most caring guy I’ve ever met in my 4 years dealing with Mercedes Benz dealers. I mean this guys takes challenging issues/problems and makes them look like a walk in the park. Marty is truly an experience professional at the very top of the line. Marty and his team of professional at every level were not only able to solve every issue I’ve presented them with, But went ABOVE and BEYOND every single time. Starting from the nice and friendly/funny Beth Jackson at the service desk to the knowledgeable, talented and experienced service advisor Alex Folz who always gives me the best advice on dealing with my car all the way to to Marty himself who is just simply a BEAST at what he does. Overall I would strongly recommend anyone in the country come give them a try, I’m confident It would be the BEST sales/service experience you would ever have. I’ve dealt with dealers all over the country and The Mercedes Benz at Hagerstown are simply the Best, hands down. I would definitely buy my next car from these guys and again would recommend you do the same.Sprinter 3500 RV

I had several concerns and all were addressed and taken care of. My car was picked up by the dealership and I was given a… loaner until the car was returned in the afternoon. The Service Advisoer (422 Alex Folz) was spectacular in his demeanor, willingness to listen and converse, as well as being impeccably dressed. I have… owned or leased the "Benz" for over 20 years (in Europe)..the service here in the USA was EVERY BIT as superior as it was in Europe. And the annual service was quick, on schedule and thorough. The waiting room (and the dealership) was immaculate, well lighted, and the coffee and pastries were abundant. If I was able I would give them TEN STARS.Service
