As always the professional, punctual and precise service at Hagertsown MB was perfect. The Service Advisoer (422 Alex Folz) was spectacular in his demeanor, willingness to listen and converse, as well as being impeccably dressed. I have owned or leased the "Benz" for over 20 years (in Europe)..the service here in the USA was EVERY BIT as superior as it was in Europe. And the annual service was quick, on schedule and thorough. The waiting room (and the dealership) was immaculate, well lighted, and the coffee and pastries were abundant. If I was able I would give them TEN STARS.
