Additionally, Eva detailed the truck herself making it all sparkaly and cool before leaving. Lastly,… there is no haggling for the best price, which we hate, we got a wonderful deal. I would recommend Fitzgerald Toyota and Eva to get their new or used car or truck from.Great job you all

Thanks to Jeremy Nease for making my transaction both zero stressful and definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jeremy… was able to get me a good trade for my car and most importantly the monthly payment I had hoped to get going in. He's very personable , professional and adept at taking care of his customers needs when you're looking for that next car. I am extremely happy with my Kia and would not hesitate to return to Jeremy Nease to take care of any future car purchases. Also I want to give thanks to Lindsey Gray in the Finance Department for taking me through the financial part of the car buying experience. She was tremendously helpful with explaining all the information on warranties , gap coverage and other items of interest so that I was able to make informed decisions on what I needed to do in order to protect my Kia for years to come. Thanks Lindsey !!! All in all I had a great day at FitzWay in Gaithersburg and would not hesitate to recommend Jeremy Nease and FitzWay to anyone looking for a great car buying experience too. I inquired about a Tundra Pro weeks before thinking about committing, just testing the waters online. He responded quickly and was patient… with all my questions. He kept in contact with me days after even after I decided to not pursue it anymore. After I decided to trade in my current vehicle his Manager John not only gave me what I was looking for but even a little more and I was sold right there. I inquired about home delivery due to the distance to the dealership and Jeremy didn't even hesitate. He dropped off the vehicle at my front door and we signed all the paperwork in my garage. I highly recommend using Fitzgerald Gaithersburg again and also having Jeremy Nease as your salesman. Not sure I can go anywhere else after the way I was treated! Just fantastic! by freeman on 08/03/2017Recently I took my 82 year old mother to look into possibly purchasing a car. Since 2004 she has been driving her beloved Toyota Sienna minivan, but that vehicle was at the end of its road. At 82 she was overwhelmed by the idea of… learning to drive a car with lots of new technology. I called the Gaithersburg dealership in advance of the visit and requested a sales person who would be patient and understanding with an elderly driver. They said "we have the perfect person" and they were right. Olga Kuznetsova was exceptional. I have purchased other vehicles from Fitzgerald in the past, so I knew they had terrific customer service and a truly a no hassle approach to sales, but Olga took it to another level. In the end, my mom could not take the stress of changing cars so we went ahead and put money into repairing her old van (that is what Toyota gets for making such a great minivan), but when I am ready to buy my next Toyota, Olga will definitely get my business!Thanks so much for this great review! We will be sure to pass this on to Olga and the team.

My Sales consultant Ali was very helpful and walked me through the whole… process and making me feel at home. The sale's manager Tony was also very helpful with the process of trading in my car and making sure I knew what was going on all the way up to singing all the paper work, and going above and beyond to make the deal happen.
