Fitzgerald Toyota Gaithersburg

Recently I took my 82 year old mother to look into possibly purchasing a car. Since 2004 she has been driving her beloved Toyota Sienna minivan, but that vehicle was at the end of its road. At 82 she was overwhelmed by the idea of learning to drive a car with lots of new technology. I called the Gaithersburg dealership in advance of the visit and requested a sales person who would be patient and understanding with an elderly driver. They said "we have the perfect person" and they were right. Olga Kuznetsova was exceptional. I have purchased other vehicles from Fitzgerald in the past, so I knew they had terrific customer service and a truly a no hassle approach to sales, but Olga took it to another level. In the end, my mom could not take the stress of changing cars so we went ahead and put money into repairing her old van (that is what Toyota gets for making such a great minivan), but when I am ready to buy my next Toyota, Olga will definitely get my business!
