The BEST car buying experience ever
by Referman on 07/20/2018Stan was very knowledgeable, Rajeev was exceptional. Kathy was very helpful in Service. There was one problem, but that eventually went away, with no negative results. Very fine organization. Car is great. Found out when I registered… the LoJack, Rajeev had included the extended warranty in the price, which was nice since I would have ordered it even if he had not. We had good history with O'Donnell prior to this car purchase, so I was not surprised we would get good service. Your Service Representative, Mr. Steve Larkins was "over the top" in making sure that I was completely satisfied. While waiting for my car, Mr. Larkins gave me… the best service that I have ever experienced from a dealership. He went beyond the call of duty to extend the best courtesies that I could ever have conceived. You have a customer in me for life, and I will spread the word to my friends. Mr. Larkins made me want to stay and wait for my car to be repaired, no matter how long it took. He even offered me a courtesy ride home with a scheduled pickup when my car was ready. I thanked him for his graciousness, but informed him that I was very comfortable and didn't mind the wait (even though I had other plans). Being there was a nice peaceful getaway. I never feel pressured to pay for things right away. I have always been satisfied with my service visits - very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Steve Larkins has been my Service Advisor for 9 of the 10… years.
