I just recently sold my Honda Accord in December 2024 to a family member… and O’Donnell treated her with the same respect and kindness when she came for the MD Inspection. I appreciate great customer service and care and concern for my car’s wellbeing and my safety and there is no better place than O’Donnell Honda!Civic Type R for MSRP!

Terry Haskins took this process beyond my expectations. We did most of the deal over… the phone and computer so not to waste my time or his. I got the deal I was looking for in a very short time. They are heavy on the upsell of a warranty, so you need to investigate the terms… thoroughly before you have to make a decision at contract time. They got back to me quickly when I had questions.Running Like New!

There is no hesitation on servicing you right away. The greetings is courteous, kind,… respectful and professional. The service is top quality. The wait time is fair and prompt. There is some entertainment and light refreshments while you wait a minimum time to retrieve your vehicle after it has been serviced. If you have questions, you should ask them, because the technicians are very knowledgeable and will answer any question(s) you may have. With inflation still on the rise, O'Donnell Honda does have fair prices, that's if you have did your research. Happy Holidays!Quick

They even allowed a second test drive so I could show my wife at home and be sure it fit in our garage (we do… live pretty local). Haven't used their service department yet.Happy

I also helped my recently widowed sister-in-law buy a… new vehicle at the same time I purchased my car. It was a complicated transaction because another dealership offered my sister in law a good price on her used Honda mobility van. O'Donnell was willing to work with the other non-Honda dealership to make the transaction work for all parties.Top notch service, as always
