by dkapper on 06/24/2017Though I do a good bit of my own work on my vehicles, I've been going to O'Donnell for oil changes on my Accord for several years. Their oil change special generally costs only slightly more than I would spend to do it myself. On this… visit, I brought in our brand new 2017 CR-V for its first oil change. When I inquired about the location of the filter and oil pan for this car, my service writer volunteered to take me back and show me its location. A great gesture to be sure. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. They may… not be the cheapest in town bit they do it right with quickness and friendliness.Great Service

However,I'm most impressed with the service department. I've been able to… keep my Hondas for 12-15 years, including those now belonging to my daughters, thanks to the maintenance and repairs done at O'Donnell. And never once have I been talked into unneeded repairs. (Quite the opposite.) On three occasions I've needed collision repair. The results by their shop were always excellent.Great Dealership

The salesman was pleasant and up front about options, costs and showed me all the financial details I wanted without games or delays… or any of the things I'm used to. The finance person didn't do any hard sells for the additional products the dealer has, and didn't try to make me feel bad about not getting different add-ons. It was one of the nicest car buying experiences I have ever had. I've already recommended a friend to them who went to another dealer and was frustrated at the games.Fantabulous

I had just been to Antwerpen Honda, and they had tried to quote me an outrageous price, charging me an extra $1500 over the internet price, so I wasn't feeling… too optimistic, but I knew I had to keep trying, and a friend had recommended O'Donnell Honda. I found Mark, my salesman, to be honest and professional. There was no "hidden" fee, and he was willing to work with me to get down to a price that would work for my budget. He let me test drive the car on my own, which I really appreciated, because it helped me to get a real feel for the car without feeling nervous about someone else being there. Overall, it was an incredibly positive experience, and I love my new (used) Civic! Thanks, Mark!Honest service
