He explains things in terms we can understand, is honest, and is funny. He even helps our daughters with their… Honda. We will always come to O'Donnell as long as Steve is our advisor. There is no hesitation on servicing you right away. The greetings is courteous, kind,… respectful and professional. The service is top quality. The wait time is fair and prompt. There is some entertainment and light refreshments while you wait a minimum time to retrieve your vehicle after it has been serviced. If you have questions, you should ask them, because the technicians are very knowledgeable and will answer any question(s) you may have. With inflation still on the rise, O'Donnell Honda does have fair prices, that's if you have did your research. Happy Holidays!Quick

They topped off all my fluids and even vacuumed the mats. The lobby… was clean and stocked with coffee and water. I really enjoyed my experience.
