My sales person Mike was amazing with making me feel comfortable and navigating the car buying process, manager Jason was also super friendly! My finance person (dustin?) was also super knowledgeable with choosing options for warranties and was super friendly and relatable. It's helpful when the employees are able to show how helpful the products are in their own personal life! 10/10 overall to this buying process!

    My 2013 Odyssey was brought in for turning of the front rotors (they were pulsating/warped,) tire rotation, an oil change with multi-point inspection and clunking in the front end caused by dry bump stops. Everything was accomplished to my satisfaction as always. Scott Reda is an outstanding adviser, John Dinatale knows me by name and the cashiers know me as well! Mr. Miller, we have already communicated regarding the possibility of Anderson accepting PayPal credit for service work. If others feel that this would result in greater acceptance of additional suggested work, please communicate your thoughts to Mr. Miller. Dealing with Anderson is always a pleasant experience; 5 stars again!

    We brought in our Pilot Elite for regular maintenance and some warranty work. Scott in the service department was excellent. He did a great job listening to my warranty concerns and went above and beyond to fix everything in a timely manner. My car is never there longer than a day. The service manager is a pleasure to deal with and shows great leadership that clearly permeates down to the service staff.

    We just purchased a Honda Fit from Jim Kelly at Anderson Honda, and were completely satisfied with the entire experience - feature discussions, sales negotiations, financing and delivery. Jim and Anderson exceeded our expectations in all areas. We've purchased other cars from Jim and Anderson, and it's always been great. This time it was a complicated transaction involving trade in of a recent model and payoff of the financing for the trade. From what I can see, the process worked flawlessly. Thanks very much!!

    A little background to my experience when shopping for a new vehicle. I use technology today when shopping for the best deal and usually email or submit an online request from the dealer's web page on the vehicle of interest I am considering of buying. I usually require the best price upfront to save my precious, valuable time from working all day and not to haggle at a dealership all night or day. The email responses I get back about giving the best price with no numbers and how great of a deal they plan to give you; usually that email goes right in the delete file. I specifically request the best pricing up front. If a salesperson does not want to save the customers time upfront I already know from my experience they will haggle you at the dealership and in the end, their commission is more important than customer service or making a sale and not respecting the customer's wishes, in the beginning, is a red flag. My email response from Anderson Honda provided the best deal they planned to offer, which already beat out two other dealers who provided nothing and showed the contract they offered up front was below usual discounts according to True Car. When we arrived and met with Lafayette O. Goins, he was ready with brochures for the vehicles we requested and all the keys for possible test drives. Lafayette was very professional and kind, not pushy and did not jump right into any artificial sales pitch he was very personable. Lafayette, first off showed us the dealership and service areas, waiting rooms and comfort conveniences if you were to maintenance your vehicle at the dealership. Service is one of the most important pieces of buying a new car even before the best purchase price because the service department you may have to deal with for many years, plus will keep you as a future customer for future vehicle purchases in the family or referrals. Lafayette was very patient showed the numbers upfront and did not try the back and forth sales tactic of a few hundred here and there and waste our time. I could write a book on the whole buying experience we had from Anderson Honda. I will make it short and just say I would recommend this dealership for great customer service and respect towards the client and if all the sales people are on the same page as Lafayette O. Goins then there should be no other place to search for a Honda. The finance and sales manager was also professional and not pushy and very understanding to our wants and needs. We did go to other dealers before Anderson Honda, so our evaluation of treatment and sales tactics from other dealers has merit in our review. I totally recommend Anderson Honda for their great customer service and respect to a customer. I am hoping I get the same treatment from the service department as I look at the after sale is the icing on the cake. Other reviews from other customers found on the internet suggest I should receive great customer service as well in their service department. Thank you, Anderson Honda, for such a great buying experience!

    I drove Buicks for years. I finally decided to step out of the box and try something new. I browsed Anderson lot without being pressured and saw a beautiful Crosstour with low miles. Joseph Benjamin was the ideal salesman. He made me feel comfortable he was not pushy and his calm pleasant spirit made car buying experience easy and enjoyable. I am recommending this dealer and Joseph to all my friends and family!

    My husband and I were in the market for a new minivan for our growing family! I was a little reluctant to take that step, partly because the idea of car shopping gives me anxiety. After test driving and narrowing it down to the Odyssey as our #1 choice, Anderson Honda took care of the rest! We were treated very well, with the atmosphere and other sales staff being extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a fairly quick process and we were in our new vehicle in no time! They offered best price around and have a great financing program!

    I just leased a 2015 CRV AWD from Anderson for a very good rate. I worked with with a wonderful sales representative named Joseph. I needed to purchase a car quickly as my car broke down. Joseph was patient, knowledgeable and accessible to me at all hours. Joseph was a true gentlemen, and went so far as to give me his personal cell number so we could work together after store hours to make sure I could stay on track with my tight schedule. I work long hours and had very little in my budget to work with, Joseph made it work! They also honored the CarMax quote and gave me several creative options to fit my budget and needs. David the manager was fair, honest and worked very hard to make the deal work for me. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new car. They were low pressure, no games, and gave me an excellent price right up front. I have bought several cars over the years and this was by far my best experience EVER!

    Best price for the extensive 100k belt replacement. Scott the service manager is honest and will not try to perform unnecessary work just to inflate the bill , as other Honda dealers have tried to do.   • Dishonest dealership and VERY rude Sales Manager

    I visited Anderson Honda on August 14th. The following is the email quote I got (their own words without editing a single letter) and reconfirmed by email and on the phone. "$14,856 plus $98 dealer processing, $250 for splash guards, door edge and fender well trim and tax of $912.24 on the road $16,338.24 includes 2 year tags. I have most colors in stock if I do not have your color I can locate one and get it here it would be an additional $100 thanks John" You think you would get the car and finish the deal in less than 2 hours. Noway, they let me test-drove the car (10 minutes) / made my choice and started processing the paperwork. It took them more than 2 hours to perform the paperwork. All of a sudden, they told me that their sales manager won't sell the car with the price they promised because they forgot to include the Destination charge. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager showed no respect and was in fact VERY RUDE, simply saying " we are not going to sell the car to you. I make the decision". I would absolutely NOT recommend a dishonest and rude dealer like Anderson Honda!

    I had a great experience with this dealer. Jim Kelly is a very friendly, down to earth salesperson. I wanted your basic honda civic with no frills at a good price and that's exactly what I got. The process was very easy and the dealer was very accomodating. They were patient and never pushy. I recommend this dealer to all of my friends, and when the time comes for me to buy my next Honda, I'll be calling Jim Kelly again.

    Well, I found this dealership online because they had a used car I wanted, an '03 Corolla LE, 32,000 miles, $10,995. I drove down, checked out the vehicle, and gave it a test drive. The vehicle was in good condition, and I liked the price, so I told them I wanted it. I went in and filled out all the financial papers to get the car loan, and gave them a $1000 deposit on the car. I was told that it was too late in the day to push the paperwork through and find out if I got approval, and that they would call me as soon as they had an answer. I called back the next day at lunch to get an update, and was told that they were still working on financing me the Corolla, but he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to push it through. He tried to push a Honda Civic "About the same miles, and same price" on me, which I really wasn't interested in, so the salesmen told me he'd continue to work on financing the corolla, and would let me know. I hung up, and didn't like the way the conversation sat with me, why try and push a vehicle that's the same money, same miles, when I had already decided and wanted to purchase the other one? I called back, and asked point blank "Do you still have the Corolla?" He had already sold it to another customer. I called back, and talked to his manager, who just gave me the run around about not being able to finance, and trying to put people in cars, etc, so forth. It's very simple. I gave $1,000 for that car. I had even already made other financial arrangements if the dealership finances fell through, but instead, they sold it before lunch the very next day, without calling me. I put down $1,000 for a at 8:30pm, at lunch the next day, the car was sold to someone else without ever contacting me.

    1) Sales contract they presented to moe had a $100 processing fee AFTER we agreed on a price. 2) Car only came with a half tank of gas. They said that's their policy. 3) Just about every car has door edge guards that the charge $200 for! 4) Very slow to complete the sale. There was no detailers to prep or clean the car. Salesman had to do everything, clean windows, scrape off sales stickers, mount plates etc. 5) After I got home I noticed the hubcaps were not honda OEM hubcaps that didn't fit right - seem to put ressure on the valve stem. Note this was a used car, but had only 4K miles. Internet photo showed the Honda hubcaps. Every time I asked why, he told me he had to ask Paul Iwho was never there) 6) They didn't have all the sets of keys because they gave them to some one else (I had to go back to get them) 7) All the paper work had the wrong VIN numbers. I had to go back to resign all the papers. Good thing I also had to go back for the other set of keys! At least I could. I will say that the salesman, Bill, was very pleasant despite having to work at this dealership. We'll see if they ever get back to me about the hubcaps.

    I emailed Paul Donald, the internet sales manager, with the lowest internet quote I had received from 3 other local groups. I had spoken with Paul in the past who had helped me with an insurance appraisal after my previous car was hit and totaled. I wanted to purchase a car from him but also needed to be fiscally responsible. He beat my best deal and it was already a really good quote. I set up a time to meet in person at the dealership, met Paul and Laura who assisted with the test drive and paperwork, and found them both to be friendly, honest, and efficient. They gave me exactly what I had asked for without pushing other options - just mentioning the few that they need to (exterior/interior insurance, Lo-Jack, extended warranty). The paperwork exactly matched the quote I had been given via the internet plus a couple of extras and was presented in a clear manner. - Laura wrote down the numbers one by one in front of me and explained what each was. They had a print-out of my email correspondence to show me that the quote matched. I always had the opportunity to ask questions and there were no surprises. It was a Saturday and they said they'd call around on Monday to find the car I wanted. They had that car at their shop by Tuesday afternoon for me to come, check out, and take home! I found the car to be in excellent shape and exactly as desired. In short, I got a great deal for a great car, really liked working with Paul and Laura specifically, and the whole process was painless.

    Following the valuable advice at Edmunds, I called Anderson, asked for Internet sales, spoke to Pat, and set up an appointment for a test drive of a Civic. Anderson has many, many more cars in stock than shown in the Internet inventory listings. Pat said if that if the car that I wanted wasn't in stock, it would be found. Pat, the Internet sales manager, is great; honest, frank, and very knowledgeable. After the test drive, we talked more and I received the written price sheet. There was no attempt to sell options or a higher priced car. The price was excellent, considerably below Edmund's TMV price. The price after adding in the $635 destination charge was still under the TMV. Adding in Maryland's DMV fees and 6% sales tax increased the price significantly, but that's beyond the dealership's control. I left to think it over; no pressure or sales pitch from Pat, just courtesy. The next day I called and asked to test drive the Civic in the color that I wanted. I returned to the dealership, drove it, and bought it (at the written price). Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Summary: Fine car, fine internet sales department.

    Sales Manager and Sales Rep. made everything as confusing as they could. When asked why sales price originally offered and listed on the car was different than the Higher price listed on the sales contract, they started shouting. Refused to acknowledge they were wrong even after I showed them with a calculator. They were condescending and rude. Insisted splash guards, accent trim and fenderwell door edge guards were Required manufacturer Options on a Civic LX. Person at the desk next to me had the same problem with his salesperson. They also required a signature on a document that stated they could adjust your financing rate however they saw fit. Buyers Beware... Do not buy here.

    I looked on line at several Honda Dealers and decided to look at two cars on Anderson's used car lot. I ended up buying a car in excellent condition with low millage below the KBB price. Jeff G. was very helpful, efficient, and the whole process only took a few hours on New Years Eve! I've now had the car for 3 months and love it more and more every day. I'd highly recommend this dealership!

    My wife and I just recently bought a Honda Fit from Anderson Honda on 10139 York rd, in Cockesyville. It was a very pleasant experience. I was kind of apprehensive when we came in, but the reception by Christine D and Brendan R were just fantastic. They put us at ease right away. Brendan, who took charge of us, was most professional and possessing excellent people skills. He explained everyting to us, guided us through the process. Although I knew he was actually doing his job as a dealer, I never felt any pressure or any stressfull vibes. It was the most pleasant experience we could have. Thank you Brendan, thank you Christine. Thank you also to the gentleman at the finance desk, he gave us full information on our options with tact. Thanks to you all.

    They dont want to sell their cars.They just sitting there and looking at you.I had a very bad experience with jerry h. who is the internet sales person.He does not want to help me and very rude. He has attitude and did not gave us even a price quote.very bad reputation because of this sales man.

    Bought Honda Odyssey 2014 EX-L on 2/22/2014 - it was really a haggle free experience. I started communicating with their internet department sales person for few days and settled on OTD price. Scheduled an appointment for pickup and paperwork. On the day of car pickup - no surprises - they kept their promises and gave very fair value of my trade in car. Financing was easy as well. During financing process they also offered extended warranty and some other packages, end up picking Honda Care extended coverage. No pressure or dirty tactics during the entire process and honest sales staff. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

    I used Edmunds and requested quotes from all the local Baltimore area Honda dealers. Mike F. from Anderson was the first to respond to me & gave me the lowest on the road number. I didn't have to haggle with him. He was upfront and honest all the way through the process. Dealing with Mike was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend dealing with him.
