Phenomenal Customer Service!!!
by Barbara on 02/16/2023I brought my car in for a diagnostic check & a minor repair and let them know I’d be waiting. Sam was my service rep and he was PHENOMENAL and I don’t say that lightly. As a sales executive for over 20 years, customer service is very… important to me. Sam, gave me constant updates, explained the findings in detail (important since I don’t speak “car”), & gave me all my options on how to proceed. He even followed up with the tech to find another solution when the first three didn’t work for me. In addition to that apparently there were a couple of recalls/updates for my car so he asked if I minded having them done since I was already there. Obviously, I just can’t say enough. Sam’s personality, knowledge and helpful advice is why I’ll continue to come back (and why I’m writing this long review). Whatever he stated about the car over the phone is what we got at the dealership. He said there would be no up… charge over the phone and that’s how it was once we got there.
