Personnel that I have dealt with over the years have always been friendly and professional. This time I dealt with Purvis Burke. Under some… not optimal circumstances he managed to get all the work done by COB. As expected, he was personable and professional, but also proved that he was flexible and knowledgeable on what could and couldn't be done in an allotted time. Mr. Chads was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. When I told him I needed to get the… best deal possible due to my retiree-fixed income, he immediately presented me with a number of options, and worked with me to help keep my payments as low as possible. He answered all my questions and offered helpful information. Mr. Chads was very accommodating to my own situation and preferences. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I was dealt with in a very honest, open, and forthright manner. Mr. John Panetta was also very helpful and very honest where the financial and loan arrangements were concerned. I believe in the importance of establishing a good business/working relationship with people and places of business. I feel very comfortable with and appreciative of the great and considerate treatment I received from Mr. Chads, Mr. Panetta, and Jim Coleman Honda. I also had a very positive experience with the young lady who came to explain about Lojack, undercoating, rustproofing, etc. Her information and suggestions were very helpful, and I feel I was offered good pricing for these services. I will recommend these individuals and the Jim Coleman Honda dealership to friends and family without reservation. I am most grateful to all for a great car-buying experience. Thank you for a job extremely well done. Special thanks and kudos to Mr. Chads, John Panetta,and the lady who explained about the undercoating, etc. I regret that I do not recall her name, but she had blond hair. As this was my first new vehicle purchase in over 10 years, I was overwhelmed by how much modern cars have changed, especially as regards… the technological innovations. I think there was an assumption that today's buyers are more knowledgeable in these areas, but I know in my case I am lacking a lot of expertise. I would recommend trying to ascertain how "up to date" prospective customers are, and for those whose proficiency is low, make sure you describing features in language they will understand.Made The President's Club worth it.
by andybelltm on 02/17/2017I bought a 2016 Civic from JCH in May of 2016 and have had nothing but a great experience thus far. I happened to be off on a random day and called to ask about an oil change. Pervis answered and asked when I was able to come in and invited… me to do so while taking down my information with good multitasking. I arrived to the services department and was greeted quickly and given a great recap of what was going to be done. I exited my car and was brought over to the lounge after reviewing documentation and being given an estimated turnaround time. I spent some time in the lounge and was alerted by an email that service was complete at the same time as Pervis came right to the lounge to get me. He then spent some time reviewing the work that had been done, importantly showing me the inspection of the whole vehicle that I thought added a lot of value and peace of mind. I love your staff and service, and am happy to have bought my vehicle here. I would love to see more updated technology all-around (iPads are in every dealership now, iPhones should be present for Apple CarPlay demos that Honda now includes), some things for more entertainment in the lounge, and updated merchandise that's put on the spotlight a little more. There's some junky keychains and hats in a dark case that no one would really ever care to look at, but I'd totally buy some Honda t-shirts or properly displayed hats that looked more for sale than for show.regular checkup

The time factor was what he said it would be. The… lounge is always a comfortable place to wait. the check out process was quick and easy. the ladies are very thorough. The service gentleman took time to address my one concern again with further explanation.35,000 mile check and oil change

He was personable professional and a straight shooter. He communicated well and always returned my calls… quickly. And he stood behind the skills of his mechanic.
