Absolutely thrilled with our used car purchase from Jim Coleman Honda Clarksville, MD from start to finish, our experience was smooth, pressure-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Mike Tavenner, our sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly,… and incredibly patient.
A special shout-out to the legendary hot chocolate machine—worth the visit alone. Who needs a fancy coffee shop when your dealership serves cocoa that good?
Also, I’m still not sure if they’re actually open 24 hours a day, or if the team just never sleeps—but either way, someone was always available when we had a question.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality used car with a side of warmth (and chocolate).

After purchasing a lemon from another manufacturer 6 months ago I was extremely nervous to endure another horrific experience. My sales associate Andy and Finance Manager, Rajni… both went above and beyond for me. I was previously convinced that all dealers are conartist and liars but they’ve changed my outlook. I simply couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I got the car I wanted at a price better than expected. Thank you Andy and Rajni! I’ve only just gotten my car 1 week ago and already recommended 3 people to them.Sam is great!

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward with everything. He was… completely honest about the work I needed done and the work I didnt need done right away. Make sure you request Cliff Webb as your service advisor. From day one, he has had an… awesome rapport with me. Keeps you informed of performance problems and services requested; verifies your warranty and service contract coverage; develops estimates; and just provides overall customer service. I agreed to get the back breaks done so that kept me there an additional hour and a half. I came to the dealership straight from jury duty on… an empty stomach. Mr Burke offered to provide me with a driver to take me up the road to purchase something to eat. Being a very picky eater I declined the offer but that was a very nice offer!
