  • Sunroof Noise Fixed

    I recently brought in a CPO 2021 X3 that I had just purchased out of state. It's an amazing vehicle but needed a small light in the luggage compartment and, more annoyingly, had a bad rattle in the sunroof. We found a service bulletin describing this issue and a fix. The service team reviewed the bulletin and the first try wasn't 100% (think it rattled on both sides). I had to go back to have a small part installed and told them it was still making noise. The service team went above and beyond to pinpoint the issue and fix it. I'm so happy and relieved that this is fixed. Makes the car that much more enjoyable to drive.

  • Terrible experience

    Never again. My sales person, Jason, was easy to work with. After buying so many cars, it did not bother me that he was not much of a talker. HOWEVER, the finance person, Alex, did not explain anything to me, had me sign everything in silence on an iPad. I’ve never experienced someone who did not speak a word or explain any of the majorly important financial documents. Thankfully, I’ve bought many cars in my past and also know how to read. He was also extremely slow. If you are new or confused, simply state that. For the week following my purchase, I had 2 holds for my down payment which was a large amount that the dealership was not able to take care of. I called multiple times to have the ‘hold’ of money cleared as it was under BMW, and no one could help me. It eventually cleared after 6 days. This current week I called the finance person,Alex, to sent over an emailed version of my installment agreement so I could refinance my vehicle. He says, sure. It never came though. I called twice and left voicemails for someone to help me…no return call. Today, as I call to see when my title would arrive as the refinance group needs it to close out the current loan, the MVA advised me the paperwork was not processed until April 22, 2024…16 days after my purchase. The title is not even created yet as of May 1, 2024. I will not even bother to call and ask why, as no one has been able to help me with the several other issues I’ve incurred in the last month.

    Walking in on a rainy Saturday to look at the X1 M35I my expectations was blown away on how clean the sales floor was and to be met by Lillian Moore as my sales associate with an amazing attitude to help me and my wife. She worked with us all week on the process of purchasing this vehicle and would highly recommend her and this dealer to anyone looking for an new vehicle in the future.

    My wife and I had a wonderful experience as 1st time BMW owners. We met with the sales team and Sean was our salesman. We were pleased to be able to place the order and begin our BMW ownership. The car X7 was built ahead of schedule and we received the car sooner than expected. Sean kept in contact throughout the build and provided many updates as he received them.     My experience with Steven was A+ at bmw of bel air for my bmw x7. Others at the services section are very helpful too. Steven kept me updated. I can't say the same about my experience when I bought my bmw ix 50. There was significant delay to get my title. For bmw of bel air service section my experience is A+ and will recommend them.

    My original reason for the visit was to check the reason for a symbol that appeared on the dash. It ended up being an unexpected service call. The service became one of to kill all the birds with on stone that saved me time and effort. As usual I was most pleased with the service and my service advisor Steve. He explained all that was needed at the time of service. For the years that I have had this vehicle only BMW techs have repaired it. None other. I am very pleased with BMW of Bel Air for being dependable and reliable. They will continue to be my "go to" for service.
