Great buying experience. Tricia was my sales rep and she promptly responded to multiple inquiries I had prior to my appointment. She was patient while I test drove two models to figure out what I really wanted and she worked hard to get me a great out the door price!!! Excellent experience!

    I was totally satisfied with the service on my vehicle as well as customer service. My representative at the dealership was attentive, she kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle and was extremely nice. She receives 10 out of 10 for outstanding customer service.

    I'll be honest I had read the bad reviews on Russel and was very apprehensive about going there to look for a new car. I'm so glad that I decided to make my own opinion about them. From the time I stepped on their lot to the time I left everyone was great. From the sales staff, to the managers, to even the guys moving around the cars. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and helpful. It was a family atmosphere and I'm so glad to be apart of the Russel family. I love my Volkswagen! Thank you!!!

    Went to this dealership to test drive a CX-5. They got 2 stars for making the effort to make a car available for the test drive on a busy weekend. However, our salesman used every, old school trick in the book and it was sickening. I told him (more than once) that I was not buying a car today. He asked at least 5 times if I had a trade in, asked repeated questions about what rates I had from my credit union, tried to get my keys from me before the test drive. The list price for the car even add an "ADM" charge of $2995. That's an additional dealer markup of 10% over a above MSRP, so they have room to negotiate since they "sell the cars at cost." What a load of horse hockey. How gullible are the customers that shop here that they use these tactics? I liked the car, and it is in my top 3 for a potential buy - but I will not be buying it here.

    just had front end body work done, fog lights were not connected but very pleased with commitment to make situation right. otherwise excellent work.

    I got a new moon roof and heated seats on my Mazda6. All is great except they chose a place for the seat switch that could have been better.

    Staff was courteous and helpful in explaining the differences and what the icons on the dash readout referred to.

    My new Mazda2 hit a truck axle on the road, which damaged two rims and destroyed 2 tires. LaJaun and her associates in the service area were very friendly, helpful, and flexible with me and did everything they could to keep costs down in this very stressful time. I truly appreciate their help and will continue to come back whenever I have service needs.

    I now hear a squeaking of the right rear brakes when I drive and brake in reverse that I did not hear before the servicing.

    I have always has satisfactory service from Russell as a fair price for a dealer. I especially like the 4th oil change free, the free car wash and the quick vacuuming of my carpets. So far I've had my car 42 months, it is running perfectly and other than a set of new tires - because I did not like the OEM tires by Yokahama, the car is a winner. Proud owner of a 2010 Mazda 3 2.5 sedan.
