by David on 08/28/2021Jae Lim is understands that truly professional sales is really about service. I live in Tennessee and found the specific car I wanted at this dealership. Jae was not the salesman assigned to me over the phone - but I ended up dealing with… him for most of the transaction and pickup process. I’m guessing that he didn’t even receive any compensation on this sale, but you couldn’t tell it by his actions. He arranged the entire deal by phone and email, then met me at the dealership on a Saturday to walk through the entire pickup process. I don’t imagine that I will ever see or interact with Jae or BMW of Cantonsville again, but I enthusiastically recommend both. Jae set a standard that any service professional should emulate.New 530ix
