Jae Lim was a huge help in deciding the X3 was for us and by Tuesday we had traded… in our Honda CRV for one of their gently used 2022 X3’s on the lot. Jae worked hard to get the best deal for us. Mark in the Finance Department went over everything and made it easy to purchase our new vehicle. JAE LIM was extremely professional yet personable and very approximate with fitting our… needs/wants/rates all into one good deal. He was very patient with us and i could not have asked for a better sales advisor to guide through this process. We shared Many laughs as we navigated through this important decision making! Our finance manager Sam Choi was equally delightful to us and we are appreciative of his service today. They really work in the best interest of both parties.
