  • Worst customer service ever

    Since moving here to Baltimore in May, the service guy is my first encounter with a rude, disrespectful, angry, customer-facing person. His behavior was stressful, unkind, opposite of friendly, lacking a smile of any kind, zero energy, zero interaction, just cold mean stares. Argumentative, sarcastic refused to believe what BMW service guys told me, talked to me as if I was stupid an accused me of trying to get a free service, he was abrupt and when car was brought around had me wait another 25 to 30 min.,before rudely telling me it was done. No hi, bye, have a good day, nothing. Terrible person to have representing your company and customers. I am never going back to this location. Never. I got better treatment on the streets by a homeless person at least they used common courtesy. Disgusting. Ruined the rest of my day with his attitude and poor treatment. He definitely has issues.

  • THe Warranty on used cars is useless.

    I bought my 4th mini here, used. Had it 5 months and put 7,000 miles on it. They wouldn't cover the repairs which definitely wasn't taken car of before I bought it. All used cars I have bought came with a 12k mile 1 year warranty. Which is about 12 cars so far. Not here. I bought my other one from a Mazda dealer. A Mazda dealer just blew away a supposed high end dealership on warranty. They just lost a customer for additional car purchases and services on all my Mini's. A lot of future money lost for them. By the way, I will repair it myself for 242.50 compared to the $2,000 that they wanted. Being a tech myself, I'd probably do a better job too. Extremely disappointed.

    I took my recently-purchased 2014 MINI Coupe in for an overall inspection. My Service Advisor, Corey, informed me that all systems appeared to be up to date, which was great news! As an aside, I mentioned a rattle when closing the driver's door with the window is lowered, so he had a technician come take a brief look. They determined the window needed and adjustment. I was happy to wait, and as the repair was near completion, I received a video link from the technician describing the issue found, and that the work would be completed shortly. It was, and I'm back on the road! This is my second pre-owned MINI and I only choose to deal with MINI of Annapolis. There is another MINI dealer 30 minutes closer, but I don't mind the one hour drive to get this level of Excellence! Michael Bruce

    I won't throw anyone in specific under the bus publicly, but they NEED ALOT of training in customer service. IT'S BAD from leadership to the assigned agents. It is very sad!
