  • Unlike Any Other Car Buying Experience

    5 out of 5 starsby jtg14Maine on 02/22/2018

Gregory West gave me the best deal in the state on his first quote -- no haggling required. And, per my request, he got all the paperwork ready so I was in and out of the dealership in 10 minutes. I hate buying cars because I hate everything about the process -- from the negotiating to the whole "salesman asking the manager" ordeal, and Greg made it simple and easy.

  • Excellent Service

5 out of 5 starsby Rawnsley on 12/09/2017

Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Rowe Ford in Auburn. Our sales associate Greg West made things so easy for us and was very helpful in answering the many questions we had about buying vs leasing a car. We are very happy with our new Explorer.

  • Kathy's New Car

    5 out of 5 starsby Kathy2017 on 08/23/2017

I made my first purchase from Rowe July 6, 2015. Great 2011 Kia Soul. 5 speed and all. Worked hard and today I drove off the lot with a 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE!! I was blesses to have the same salesman. Chris Goulette is the best, Sales manager is great and Lea in finance went above and beyond to ensure the deal would work for me. Everyone at Rowe is great and their service department is famtastic too!! I highly recommend.

  • Gathering information

1 out of 5 starsby hoskinsr on 07/20/2017

I had called to gather information on a particular C-Max. My first impression was from the operator. I told her that I was looking for information on a particular vehicle and she responded, "Are you wanting to purchase a vehicle?" I told her that I was simply looking to gather information on a particular vehicle. Again she said, "I'm confused, are you purchasing a vehicle or not?" I almost hung up right then but instead reiterated that I was simply wanting general information on a particular vehicle that they have in stock. She finally understood and transferred me to Sales. The girl that answered the phone was also very confused when I asked her about a particular C-Max. She couldn't answer my question about mileage - her best response was "It doesn't appear to have any miles on it". If I were her, I would've offered to get up from my desk and go to look at it myself (she would've then gotten my name and number to call me back with the information also - kill 2 birds with 1 stone) or at least put the customer on a brief hold and double check with the sales manager but no, this consultant didn't do any of those things. She didn't ask for my name, number, or confidently answer my question... not impressed.
