by kevinadkins77 on 07/10/2017First of all, go to Interstate Dodge if you want a new vehicle. When you arrive, ask for Mr. Andre Jones to be your sales associate. I have purchased two RAM trucks from this dealership and my latest buying experience proved to be… extremely pleasant! Mr. Jones will help you get into the ride of your dreams!Never again
by mslashb1234 on 09/20/2016Me and my husband came here to this dealership after an extensive search of a new truck. We had a great deal from a place out of state, but wanted to shop locally so we contacted them to see if they could match what we already had. The… salesmen my husband spoke with said he could match it, so we made the two hour drive over there to west Monroe. Well, when we got there they gave us the run-around on price (after it had been thoroughly discussed for several days prior to our having driven over there) they knew our max price and for some reason kept coming back with numbers higher. Mind you, this is all after our salesman had told us he had a truck in stock that he could INFACT get us for less than our max budget, but here we were trying to haggle down to our max number? Ridiculous. They didn't do ANYTHING they had told us they would do. We made sure of the deal before we drove all the way over there too. I would never recommend anyone go here to buy a vehicle. I understand they want to make money, but when you verbally and on paper tell someone what you can do for them, and then you not come through with it? That's terrible business. We did buy the vehicle and are happy with it, but we are not happy that we got treated the way we did. We walked away with the truck for the max amount we were going for. We should have gotten it for about $60/month less. Not to mention the finance guy we spoke with was nothing short of annoying. He pushed us for a solid 45 minutes on getting some extended warranty. I mean he WOULD NOT let it go after we told him several times, no. Then the happy cheerful guy turned into a snob. He wouldn't speak to us other than to have us sign where we needed to after we denied his 45 minutes of warranty sales pitch. This place really is the worst dealership ive ever dealt with. If we weren't in such a need for the new truck, we'd have walked right out of there and went out of state to get the truck. If you wanna be ripped off and hassled to death, then by all means, this is your place. If you'd rather have a great car buying experience, id suggest you go anywhere BUT here.Worst Dealership EVER
by sharp2198 on 08/06/2015We went to buy a new RAM 2500 truck and test drove one that was moderately loaded - somewhere around the Big Horn package level. My husband preferred the blue truck to the red one we test drove. Our salesman told us they couldn't find the… keys but assured us repeatedly that all of the trucks on their lot were ordered with the same package features. We did all of our haggling and finalized the deal, When we headed home we realized that a lot of things were missing.... there was no towing package (tow mirrors, built in brake booster), no fog lights, no touch screen radio, no map lights, etc. When I looked for the window sticker that shows what all comes in the truck and the suggested price it was nowhere to be found. They took it out of the truck before we took possession of it. We were sold a Tradesman model truck (base model, no upgrades) for the price of a Big Horn model. We do take responsibility in that we should have paid more attention when they finally "found" the keys, but that doesn't change the fact that only a highly dishonest dealer repeatedly assures you that a vehicle has the features you want and then hides the window sticker. Buyer Beware. I'm sure this wasn't the first time they have done this, nor will it be the last. They should be ashamed.Andre

by cmwinruston on 05/22/2015I am pleased to say that my experience with interstate dodge was exceptional. From the time i was contacted from my online review until i left the building with my new 2015 dodge charger. My salesman Andre' Jones was very professional and… helpful. I was treated with respect and i was able to get the car that i wanted with the price that i needed and was able to do so in a few hours. He made sure that i understood everything that was happening and all of the aspects of the car. The finance manager Ryan was also very helpful and he made sure i understood everything about the purchase. Again i would like to thank Andre' who made my experience a great one! I will definitely be sending customers his way!!Best Dealership in the area
