    Service was great! If you all are not going to bring back the punch cards, I’m Going to good. I purchased my truck with you all and I’ve been loyal to you all. There is no longer any benefit to driving 20 miles further to get an oil change that I can get for the same price closer. I have spent 1000’s with you all but you can’t through me a Free oil change after 5? That is bull poop.

    I thoroughly liked what I saw. Service was very good. Only 1 thing to complain about. 2 of service guys arguing and hollering at each other. As i got into truck they were hollering and cursing 1 another. My wife was like wow, that is bad to have that going on. Wasn't good to see it. I get it, it happens. But fighting or arguing on job is kind of a deterrence for business. But overall I like my service and will return . Have a great day.

    Dropped my 2019 Yukon off for warning light issues.. the service valet driver was great very nice professional man.. the service department fixed the problem it took all day we had to pick the truck up the next day.. I wish they would clean the vehicle after they perform their job.. it always comes back dirty and smudged up.. it takes me hours to clean up after ...

    The work was completely satisfactory accept my tires were over inflated. The person checking me in did notice one of the warning messages that came on briefly, so that was rectified.

    I didn't have an appointment.but service dept. took me in and in no time my car was ready.I had a oil change and tire rotation done.

    I’ve been dealing with Legacy Buick GMC for going on 3 years now and have nothing but an exceptional customer service every time I go. Every service and/or repair has been great, and done right the first time. I expect 1st class service and have never had a experience with anything but 1st class. They are by far the best dealership I’ve ever used to fulfill all of my vehicle purchases and service needs. Thank you everyone at LEGACY!!!!

    My 2016 Yukon developed a leak from the gps antenna on the roof. Legacy's service manager was back to me inside 30 mins to let me know the problem, and that a part had to be ordered. I agreed, and left the dealership, and within 15 minutes the service mgr called to tell me when the part would be in, and we set up an appointment. I came back for the appt, and they gave me a courtesy pickup for the day. Repair was done on time and flawless. Very pleased with their service, and the service mgrs are a pleasure to deal with.

    I had excellent customer service. Michael applied discount coupons without me asking for it as well as made sure I had Oil Change free car (5th change free).

    Service manager did not charge me for the troubleshooting my engine alarm light. My battery was low and needed recharging. I was surprised that I was not charged, but very pleased. I will bring my GMC Sierra back for any service needs.
