The sales staff is not honest

After I purchased the truck and set an appointment to have the accessories installed I was told it was not possible to… have them installed as an aftermarket. When I attempted to speak to management I was told "let me get back to you" but they never did call me back. I cannot recommend this dealership.Thank you for your feedback. by GS on 04/09/2018I purchased a new truck and requested to have certain accessories installed as part of the sale. The salesman assured me the accessories would be installed would be no problem. After he purchase I scheduled a time to have them installed… and it was at this time I found out they could not be installed and if I wanted them I would have had to order the truck from the factory with them. at this time I attempted to speak to management but was never able to get a call back. Warranty repair was painless
by DaveinLacombe on 01/16/2018My 2016 Yukon developed a leak from the gps antenna on the roof. Legacy's service manager was back to me inside 30 mins to let me know the problem, and that a part had to be ordered. I agreed, and left the dealership, and within 15… minutes the service mgr called to tell me when the part would be in, and we set up an appointment. I came back for the appt, and they gave me a courtesy pickup for the day. Repair was done on time and flawless.
