    We were so impressed with Legacy GMC service department! From scheduling the appointment to the actual service everything was awesome! It was well worth the hour long drive to get there. We will definitely be back.

  • The sales staff is not honest

    I purchased a new truck from this dealership and was not told I could have certain accessories installed after the sale. After I purchased the truck and set an appointment to have the accessories installed I was told it was not possible to have them installed as an aftermarket. When I attempted to speak to management I was told "let me get back to you" but they never did call me back. I cannot recommend this dealership.

  • The sales team is not honest

    I purchased a new truck and requested to have certain accessories installed as part of the sale. The salesman assured me the accessories would be installed would be no problem. After he purchase I scheduled a time to have them installed and it was at this time I found out they could not be installed and if I wanted them I would have had to order the truck from the factory with them. at this time I attempted to speak to management but was never able to get a call back. I cannot recommend this dealership.

  • Warranty repair was painless

    My 2016 Yukon developed a leak from the gps antenna on the roof. Legacy's service manager was back to me inside 30 mins to let me know the problem, and that a part had to be ordered. I agreed, and left the dealership, and within 15 minutes the service mgr called to tell me when the part would be in, and we set up an appointment. I came back for the appt, and they gave me a courtesy pickup for the day. Repair was done on time and flawless. Very pleased with their service, and the service mgrs are a pleasure to deal with.

    Had a great experience dealing with Howard Hientz and his staff in the service department. Once they got my truck ready for trade in, Adam and his sales team met my every need and were extremely helpful and professional. I highly reccomend Legacy Buick GMC. Thanks again guys, really like my Sierra.

    I had excellent customer service. Michael applied discount coupons without me asking for it as well as made sure I had Oil Change free car (5th change free).

    Service manager did not charge me for the troubleshooting my engine alarm light. My battery was low and needed recharging. I was surprised that I was not charged, but very pleased. I will bring my GMC Sierra back for any service needs.

    I went in for an oil change and possible cabin air filter replacement. Everything went smoothly and I didn't feel I had to wait too overly long.
