    We had a great experience purchasing our Toyota Sienna. Mike Turner was great from the first meeting to the purchase. He was knowledgeable, efficient and wonderful to deal with. The whole experience was the best one we have had purchasing a car. We would recommend Mike to anyone.

    The experience of purchasing a vehicle from Bohn Toyota was extremely pleasant. I was able to tell the sales person exactly what I wanted. He listened, provided information, answered questions, but did not pressure me.

    Purchased the Toyota extra care package. Evaporator core went out. Paid my 50 dollar deductible and all was fixed. Thanks to my service tech Erin, had no problems.

    It was time for our family van to have its routine maintenance and found the Saturday availability convenient. Also helpful was the ability to set up an appointment online. It was to be a simple maintenance check so the family waited in the comfortable waiting area with tv, complimentary WiFi, chilled water, coffee or tea. There was even a small play area with Tv for younger children. Our service advisor Rayme was great as usual. She knows our family and has been our advisor for several years and take good care of us when we’re in. The service check was quick and efficient. Rayme told us what else the vehicle needed which they could have taken care of but I elected to do myself since it was an easy change of air filter. They’re always professional and personable.

    I have been to multiple Toyota dealerships in the area. This one surpasses all in customer service and in quality of service. The employees (especially Patti) went above and beyond to make sure I had an exceptional experience after my not-so-great experience at a different Toyota dealership on the Eastbank. Can’t say enough good things about this Toyota and their employees!

    On August 11, 2009 I took my 2008 RAV4 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I needed to wait for the vehicle as I had made an appointment the day before. A sevice manager (Anson Holley) came out to greet me within 2 minutes of my stopping at the service enterance. I informed him of my desire to wait for the work to be completed. About 30 minutes later he came up to me in the service waiting area to inform me that the car was ready. I had forgotten at first that one of my tire valve stem covers was missing. I asked him if the service person would have replaced it at the time of tire rotation. He said if that person had not that done so he would personally find one and install it. He promptly found one and put it on while I was paying for the service work. I was on my way home within 45 minutes of my arrival time.

  • ONLINE PRICING A SCAM

    After a month of obtaining quotes through the internet from all Toyota dealers in my area, Bohn Brothers Toyota offered me a great price on a car I wanted. The incentive for that month was 0% interest on all 2011 Gas Camry's and $1,000.00 cash incentive. I proceeded with scheduling my test drive and was ready to start the financing process. I asked a for a print out of what my monthly note would be and the interest was at 4.9 not the 0% as advertised. (My credit had not been run at this point) They said the price quoted via the internet was with the $1,000.00 cash incentive. Not once was it ever stated in ANY of my emails that the quote was with the $1,000.00 cash incentive and they refused to sell me the car with the 0% interest. I am far from ending this betrayal by this dealership. I will take this up the chain of command until get satisfaction!! This is a bait and switch tactic and really, really bad business!!!

  • Worst Customer Service!!

    Service Department is the worst I've ever been to! Especially Antonio Rosado! Everything I tell him is obvously made up and not true, he is VERY rude and lied to me about a parts being replaced on my car like I wouldn't notice! Not only will I NEVER return to this property, I will trade in my Toyota Corolla 10' for a Honda the first chance I get! I have had nothing, but problems with this car. The funny this is my entire family has toyota, but I guess I bought it at the wrong time.
