I'm glad this wasn't my first time here.
by Driver1 on 07/04/2024I have been going here to have my vehicle serviced for over a year and have never had a bad experience. However, this time was not ideal. I made an appointment to get a new tire because I got a flat and was driving on a spare. I took time… off work to go to the appt. Then when I got there I was told "looks like you need a new tire, but we don't have them instock." Which is frustrating to start off. Then I was told I would get a call once it came in, estimating 1-2 days to be delivered. I didn't get a call, I called at the end of day 3. The tire was in, I was able to get the new tire. Then, when I got home I realized they didn't put the valve cap back on. This may have just been bad timing, because all of my other experiences here have been positive. If this was my first time, I would have found them unprofessional and I wouldn't trust them to service my vehicle.Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your recent visit. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. I can attest to this with my computer but the Service personnel are friend and always… treat with me with respect.
