    Came in for an oil change and some brake work, and had 3 tire studs replaced. My experience with the dealership was wonderful. I would definitely recomend this dealership to everyone.

    I had a wonderful experience in purchasing my 2025 Chevrolet Trax Activ at Supreme Chevrolet. Mrs. Stephanie really made the process easy and stress free enough for me. She was very nice and professional and I truly felt she valued my business.

    My salesman, Chuck, was great. I was out of town when I found my truck online. I contacted the dealership to hold the vehicle for a week until I could get there. They did. Chuck communicated with along the way, but never seemed "pushy". He even called to check that I made it home safely the next day. Great experience!

    I had an agreement on a price with the salesman, Zach, plus tax, title, and license. Period. The financial guy, Higgins, stuck over 7 grand in unneeded warranties on my deal. Some of it was triple coverage for things. That turned what what would have been a great experience into one that left a real sour taste in my mouth. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about it, and try and steer everyone I can away from doing business there. Plus that almost 500 buck documentation fee. What a rip off joint this place is.

    Upon getting my truck service for oil change the service department notice my sway bar was worn and brought it to my attention to let me know what where going on with my vehicle

    Showed up at the service department before it opened needing a new tire due to Interstate debris damage before leaving on our 40th Anniversary trip to Maine. Service department stepped up and tracked down the correct tire and got me on my way as quickly as possible. We were back on schedule and our trip has had a terrific start. Thanks!!

    The salesman (Jacob and Brad) very good but the sales manager(David) very unpleasant. Said we had to have auto guard glass etching on vehicle because that’s the only way they sell vehicle( vehicle was not even at dealership and hadn’t had service applied yet). It’s an up charge of $495. Finance manager will talk fast and basically try to sell all these other service contracts and warranties that you didn’t ask for. Became very defensive when called him out about it. They will try to finance you for the longest period and pick a finance rate for you without asking you nor will they try to find best interest rate.. GM (kerry Mumphrey)got involved bc I spoke a different sales manager when I picked the car about the issues I had. By far he was the worst to deal with. His attitude towards paying customer was a first for me. He blamed the customer for dealerships inadequacies. He “fired” me as a customer and was told he doesn’t want me to ever be a supreme Chevy customer again, all because I brought complaints about the dealership. The only reason I bought vehicle there was because vehicle was already bought before it arrived since it was difficult to to find vehicle in that color with the options I wanted. I regret my decision in buying there. Don’t make my mistake. The last thing I advise maybe google the GM name and you might surprised what you can find out about him.

    Took my daughter to purchase a car thursady night. Made a deal to pick up the vehicle on Friday. Did not honor deal and extended the payments another 12 months to keep the purchase price close to the original deal after adding an additional $4200.00 in add-ons. Women need to say away. They will take advantage of you. Stay Away from this place.

    Bought a car from this dealership. Everything went smooth. Honored the internet price as stated in several emails. Family friendly and it took us less than 2 hours to get everything done. Would highly recommend this dealership!

    I have excellent credit and was not upside down in my trade in and yet it took me 8 hours to purchase one. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and needed numbers. I was told one thing and when I went to finalize the deal the following day, it wasn't available. Promises promises to get you back and then nothing to follow up. I ended up leaving the dealership and had to bring my vehicle to service to find out what is where and the little tid bits of a new vehicle.
