Dealership Sales Review
The salesman (Jacob and Brad) very good but the sales manager(David) very unpleasant. Said we had to have auto guard glass etching on vehicle because that’s the only way they sell vehicle( vehicle was not even at dealership and hadn’t had service applied yet). It’s an up charge of $495. Finance manager will talk fast and basically try to sell all these other service contracts and warranties that you didn’t ask for. Became very defensive when called him out about it. They will try to finance you for the longest period and pick a finance rate for you without asking you nor will they try to find best interest rate.. GM (kerry Mumphrey)got involved bc I spoke a different sales manager when I picked the car about the issues I had. By far he was the worst to deal with. His attitude towards paying customer was a first for me. He blamed the customer for dealerships inadequacies. He “fired” me as a customer and was told he doesn’t want me to ever be a supreme Chevy customer again, all because I brought complaints about the dealership. The only reason I bought vehicle there was because vehicle was already bought before it arrived since it was difficult to to find vehicle in that color with the options I wanted. I regret my decision in buying there. Don’t make my mistake. The last thing I advise maybe google the GM name and you might surprised what you can find out about him.
