All of my car needs and wants were met, i.e. color, make, model, features, options, and most importantly PRICING! I was… contacted by Heather Ortega in December, and from the initial meeting I knew I could rely on her to get exactly what car I wanted. Heather never brushed me off, she never tried to talk me in circles, she always made sure to either return my call or respond to my messages whenever she was available. When (if ever) there was something she couldn’t answer, she tagged in Willie and Jason. They were all great, with Heather leading the charge. I got my first brand new car, which might I add is the exact car another dealership (which I won’t name) tried to sell me, but the other dealership wasn’t interested in my business, just my money. Gratefully that wasn’t my experience at Dan Cummins. This process was a breeze… I was in and out in under an hour. Just paperwork, all smiles and signatures. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, and I’m so glad I chose Brian. I’ll definitely be buying from Brian again in the future. I visited… several car lots before meeting Brian in Paris. The car lots before Paris were dismissive of my needs since I’m in my 20s. However, Brian was different. He attentively listened to my specifications through phone calls and text messages and went as far as getting me the new car he had just received from inspections because he was confident it was the perfect fit for me, and he was right. When I arrived, he greeted me outside the door and promptly took me to the car. Initially, I was unsure about the car’s color, but he never once tried to pressure me into making a decision. He even went as far as to offer me the option of building a new car to give me more choices. After leaving and reflecting on it over lunch, I decided to return and make the purchase. When you purchase a car from Brian, the process doesn’t end with signing the paperwork. He takes the time to go into more details about setting everything up and walks you through the entire process that very day. Additionally, he sends you helpful videos to address any future questions you may have. Don’t worry if the video doesn’t cover your specific concern; you can always reach out to Brian directly via his personal phone number. He was very friendly and knowledgeable although I did WAY too much homework ahead of time figuring… out the truck I wanted. Dan Cummins stock is second to none - I looked everywhere from Columbus OH, through Cincinnati to Louisville and up to Indianapolis. Not only did they have the configuration I wanted on their lot - they had multiple. They sell a lot of trucks but they built an amazing environment so people want to be there. Everyone says they put customers first - Dan Cummins proved it from the moment I arrived until the minute I left in a new truck.
