Everything was top notch from the original contact through the internet to discussion with the sales team to meeting Devin Parker in person. He was very friendly and knowledgeable although I did WAY too much homework ahead of time figuring out the truck I wanted. Dan Cummins stock is second to none - I looked everywhere from Columbus OH, through Cincinnati to Louisville and up to Indianapolis. Not only did they have the configuration I wanted on their lot - they had multiple. They sell a lot of trucks but they built an amazing environment so people want to be there. Everyone says they put customers first - Dan Cummins proved it from the moment I arrived until the minute I left in a new truck. So happy I drove in from Louisville - they just do it better.
