Tyler checked me in and completed my service request without delay. He brought to my attention upcoming required services and took care of it. We reviewed the color-coded (green-yellow-red) report afterwards, which is useful for planning… future maintenance. Comfortable and quiet waiting area to get some work done. Also, the automated scheduler on the website is a useful tool for scheduling.

There is no sitting around waiting all day. We literally were driving off… the lot in less than two hours with our last purchase. Matt in finance is straight forward and to the point. by Trade on 01/09/2020For the second time I tried to receive fairness once from BMW and then at Honda their sister dealership. . I have a 17 BMW X5 with no miles just like new and received a ridiculous trade offer. As a disabled Veteran I didn’t get money… given to me easily and these guys truly have tried to rip us off twice. Once at BMW and now at Honda. I thought possibly there was a different sales manager at Honda and that we would be treated fairly unlike before but we were wrong. We have bought many vehicles used and new and the biggest mistake we ever made was buying anything from Watermark. At least the guy from Honda told us we could get our bmw serviced anyplace convenient as long as records kept which would have been nice to know 2 years ago when we bought the BMW since I have been driving 100 miles to their dealership! It’s bad enough that BMW has horrendous resale, reliability and ridiculous service cost but when that’s added to ridiculous dealer practices at both locations it’s just an awful thing. Hope to be treated better in St. Louis! I learned a hard lesson.Great dealership

The salesman Bryan was very helpful and informative. The business manager Chance was very… organized and explained all the financial and warranty details. I will definitely recommend my friends to check here before buying and I will return for my next vehicle.Poor customer service

He was super helpful and laid back and just all around a great person to deal with! The same goes for Matt… Colburn... He made the whole purchase experience super smooth! He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. Purchasing vehicles is not my favorite thing but Watermark Honda Paducah made it an enjoyable experience for us:).Zach Hill

by Billie on 11/30/2018updated 12/06/2018Watermark Honda's website, with it's ease of use, lead me to Corey, Matt and the 2018 CR-V EX AWD that I drove home yesterday. In addition to online inventory availability, I liked the brief biographies of staff, which helped me to see who… I was communicating with. Upon receipt, Corey's emailed professional Quote moved this dealership to the top of my list of twelve. I liked the upfront listing of descriptive costs -- nothing was hidden or unidentified. Then, Matt's financial expertise pretty much sealed the deal along with all the financing info equivalent to 101 Finance. Or maybe 201? At this point, those other dealers and finance companies faded away. While on site I never felt coerced in any way and appreciated the genuine kindness extended by Corey. His character and personality make him the right person out front. Plus, he and Matt seemed to interact seamlessly - they were of one accord. For me, being there was a totally good experience, and my 120+ mile round trip was worth it. I am really happy with my brand new Honda!honda crv purchase

Corey, Chance and Zack. i would have given more than… 5 star rating, no pressure very friendly and knowledgeable. we drove from Tn so did not know what to expect, i will in the future recommend my friends in Tn to visit if shopping for a car. I know because I checked around. I shopped and Corey (salesman) gave me the lowest possible price.… Watermark Honda would not be underSold! Also, the interest rate they quoted to me while negotiating was lowered when my credit score was Checked! I have bought cars many times in my life but this is the first time to ever be pleasantly surprised at the signing table! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I received a good price for my trade-in and am completely satisfied! You better believe next time I need a Honda that it will be purchased from Watermark Honda!!!Very dissatified Honda customer

Having the same rear end problem as we had with our last Honda, which was recalled, but the dealership said this model hasn't been recalled yet, so we would have to pay for the work. And they CHARGED US to tell… us this after looking at the car!Excellent, Hassle free experience.
by bulldog12 on 10/29/2010Called Bluegrass Honda and they matched the best price I had seen in the forums for a new 2011 Odyssey and were willing to dealer trade for the color combination I wanted. Spent approximately 20 minutes on the phone (this includes filling… out credit application for loan etc), and another hour and fifteen minutes picking up the car and filling out paperwork at the dealership. Sales people were excellent and friendly, Gary and Joe are who I dealt with. I suggest deciding exactly how much you are going to pay for a new vehicle before you ever go to a dealership and it will be much more enjoyable. Do your research ahead of time to eliminate need for negotiating on the spot. Van is awesome and price was even better.Bluegrass Honda does not stand behind the product.
by sportsmom1 on 07/23/2008I purchased a brand new Honda Odyssey in 2002 from Bluegrass Honda. The sales associate was great to work with and made the purchase a breeze. The problems began when I was charged $85. for a routine oil change, 60. in labor and the rest in… materials. We had some other of our service checks there but found the bill to be higher than other service centers. We followed the regular maintenance schedule elsewhere. At 67,000 miles this car began to have problems shifting into 2nd. It was already out of warranty so we had it serviced at another garage. By the 75K check we went back to Bluegrass because the Engine and TCS lights came on due to the same problem. They determined that the transmission should be replaced. The transmission in the 2002 Odyssey has become a well-known problem for Honda. Many dealers are helping customers with this, not Bluegrass. They know it is a manufacturer problem yet offered no assistance. They'll be glad to close the sale but after that, you are on your own.2008 Honda Accord Lease
by bg1811 on 06/29/2008We just leased a new 2008 loaded (no nav.) EX-L Accord from Bluegrass. Our salesman was Bill Wells. This is the fourth sales our family has had with Bill and with Bluegrass. It is not a large dealership, but, they keep a good inventory… or locate the vehicle you're looking for. I like the dealership because Bill has worked for them for many years and you can go in the door and not have to go through all the hoops that many dealerships want to put you through. I've always felt their pricing was fair.Do not trust

by customersad on 01/10/2014updated 08/03/2025Are you aware that if you have a faulty battery placed by Bluegrass Honda, they will only replace it as long as you take it in for replacement and they will not schedule a replacement for weeks? Then you are stuck with no transportation or… forced to replace it at your own expense! Rip off!!!!
