    We found a great deal on a Chevy Equinox at cars.com at this dealership and were very happy to find it was one of the few dealers open in the tri-state on a Sunday. We contacted Darvin Schulz and he was more than helpful and a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and ensured we were taken care of. Darvin made the whole buying experience painless and speedy. We were offered a fair value for our trade in and a great value on the car we bought. We will be back to see Darvin for our next purchase!     Never ever will I do business with this dealership and I will be sure to tell everyone possible about how they treat their customers. . Their customer service is awful and they can’t even keep track of records and notes. I bought a certified used car and this car shouldn’t have even been labeled that on their lot. I took it into their service station on time and they said that they didn’t have an appointment on their books. I even showed them the email conformation of it. My car sat for 2 days before they even looked at it. When they gave me the car back, they said that there was a nail in the tire which is the cause of the WHOLE car shaking when in reverse. I knew that was not it because even after the nail was removed it still had the same issue. I made another appointment and after taking it in, they called me and said that that’s just what happens on those cars. I find that very hard to believe. The car also has a hard time starting and when they had it they said it never did it. I also had called the day I dropped it off to have the front license plate put on since it was going to be there anyways. The man I talked to said that he would put it in the notes. My car was there for 3 days and nothing was done. I had to pay the 90 for their service men to look at it. That is fine, I get that, but at least do what was asked and find the issues!!!! So I call right after I picked up the car and had just asked to speak with someone to make another appointment to get the plate put on. I was told to talk to the service department. I left a message and he never called me back. I called again and was transferred 3 different times explained the situation to every person and after 15 minutes on the phone I still do not have an appointment. I don’t understand how it is so difficult to place a paying customer on the books! This dealership doesn’t show respect for their customers and they do not honor what they say they are going to do. If you make an appointment at the service station, you better make sure they really have it set or when you go in you will not have an appointment and it’s not their fault!

    As a woman I feel very intimidated walking into this "man's world" of car buying. My salesperson John Graham was the best at walking me through everything. I am not one that likes high-pressure and I have been in commission-only sales myself, so I know the drill - lol. John was very competent and answered all of my questions and allowed me to make the right choice for myself. He told me if they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot - he would get the one I wanted. So guess what he did... I researched dealers around the area and found my Jeep in Eaton, Ohio at a totally different dealership. The next day, my Jeep was on the Ft. Thomas lot and the day after that it was in my driveway!!! Even after him getting the one I wanted on the lot - there was still no pressure which made my experience sooooo... much easier Part of my deal included a few extra's from service and parts... John was very quick to get me taken care of as the next day he was on the phone ordering my floor mats and giving me the name of the service representative that I will be dealing with. Feels great to have that kind of personalized service!! So.. my Jeep is in the shop for the poly steel application today and I had my first face-to-face experience with my service rep Deonia Patton - I've spoken with her a couple of times on the phone and she is just as pleasant in person. Thank you John and Deonia for what has turned ont to be an excellent experience thus far!!!

    I have purchased at least two cars from this dealer and each time I was thrilled by the experience. The staff is friendly and will do the extra leg work to get a deal done. I was looking for a vehicle on the net and Keith Jenkins blew the doors off the other dealers I sent inquiries to. Keith got me where I needed to be BEFORE I had to make a trip. He didn't want to waste my time if he couldn't get me where I wanted to be. Other dealers played the "come in for a test drive" game without getting into numbers. Guess what? Keith sold me the car and those guys lost out. Looking forward to doing business with this dealership and Keith Jenkins again!

    I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Steve McCoy. Steve listened to any concerns I had and worked out any blockers that I had. He was super patient when I looked at ever Wrangler there at least five times, making sure I picked the one I really liked. I would highly recommend asking for Steve as he makes things happen.

    Nate at Jeff Wyler in Ft Thomas was simply incredible. I have never seen a car salesman have a mind set of, "Find the car that's right for you. Don't worry about the numbers. I'll make the numbers work." We found the right car, the right price and got a very fair trade value on our trade in. In addition, my son bought his first new car while we were shopping for ours. Nate and the finance person, Jerry, assured us they'd find the right loan for him and they did--they even stayed after the store was technically closed to finish things up for him. The entire staff at the dealership were friendly and professional. I'll never shop anywhere again.

    Nate H provided excellent customer service to my wife and I. I just recently purchased a new pre-owned Patriot Jeep and was given excellent customer service. Nate allowed my wife and daughter to check out other vehicles on the lot before Nate & I went out to inspect the vehicles I talked with him about previously. Nate did not pressure us in any way to choose a vehicle right then and there. He waited until I was really ready to choose the one I really wanted. My daughter picked out one she thought I would like and so did my wife. After looking at both, I picked the Patriot Jeep. Nate allowed me to drive it and I fell in love with it. I had my previous Dodge Caravan for 13 years and it was time to let it GO! Needless to say, my wife and daughter also agreed to the one I picked as well since it was the very one my daughter chose before I went out onto the lot with Nate to look around at them. Nate was very professional and very friendly. He understood what I was looking for and kept me in my price range as well. I really appreciate you having a valued asset/employee such as Nate Hogel as a member of your dealership. Thank you Nate for your excellent customer service and making me/us one of your happiest and satisfied customers.

    Had a great experience from start to finish with DJ Mathis based on my internet inquiry into buying a Dodge Challenger. He was willing to order me exactly the car I wanted and at a price that was very competetive. Whent he car arrived I was in and out in less than an hour and paid exactly what I had agreed to and not a penny more. Even though the style and color of Challenger was not on the lot when I looked originally, Jeff Wyler had a better selection of Challengers on his lot than any other dealer I researched and I researched just about every one in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. The stock turned over quickly too which means others found the prices and service to be attractive.

    My husband and I just purchased a 2009 Dodge Caravan from Jeff Wyler and were very impressed with every aspect of our sale. From the minute we walked through the door until we drove our new van away we had an extremely positive experience. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We have bought many cars and have never been as happy as we were with this dealership. They not only made us feel very special and important but have so much to offer, i.e. free oil changes and car washes. We will definitely refer our friends and family to this dealership and they will definitely get our business again.

    For about a month, I was researching the Jeep Commander and decided to visit the Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership in Ft. Thomas, KY. Jeff Wyler had one 2008 Jeep Commander left on the lot that had all the options I wanted plus. We met with Wayne Keiser and went for a test drive. At the time of the test drive we told Wayne that we were only looking and not planning on buying that day. Even though we informed Wayne that he was not going to make a sale off of us that day, he spent about 45 mins to an hour with us just to make sure that all of our questions were answered. It was a busy day at Jeff Wyler, instead of passing us up and pursuing another sale, Wayne took care of us. Wayne broke down the number for us that day and we left the dealership. While having dinner at a local restaurant we talked about the vehicle and decided to make an offer. Wayne was able to work the numbers and meet my financial requirements. As I noted, it was a busy day for Jeff Wyler Ft. Thomas; we were either 3rd or 4th in line to meet with Linda from Finance Dept. During this time, we hung out in the customer waiting area and watched the game on the 40in LCD TV. If they would have had beer and snacks, it would have been a perfect game day! The customer waiting was fairly comfortable and very clean. I noticed that the dealership offered computer charging stations to charge your laptop and that a lot of the chairs were designed for laptop users so you can work or browse the internet. I also noticed they offered coffee and they had vending machines available. Compared to the Lincoln dealership where I used to have my Lincoln LS serviced, Jeff Wyler was 10 times nicer, it was clean, and they were up to date with technologies. This is what I would expect out of a luxury car dealership. During our wait to meet with Linda from the Finance Dept, Wayne checked on us several times to make sure that we were comfortable and he also chatted with us for a bit. Once Linda was ready to meet with us, Wayne took us to her office and made the introductions. Linda was very detailed and explained all of the numbers quickly but thoroughly. Even though we had a long day at the dealership, it was a very good experience and Wayne stayed about 2 hours after closing time to make sure we were taken care of. Because of my positive experience; I am going to use Jeff Wyler Ft. Thomas for all of my service and maintenance needs, even though there are 2 other Jeep dealerships closer to my work and residence. Thanks for the positive experience!
