My salesperson, Kristi Beaver, was so welcoming and friendly that from the moment I walked in the door I knew this was going to be a good experience. I will say, by far this was the best car buying experience I have EVER had! From start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly & very accommodating. I will definitely be back when my husband or I need to look for our next car.

Allie Skirvin, service advisor is one professional, customer friendly and an absolute delight to be around as she gives confidence to the job being done. She is fun to be around, relaxing any doubt to service. All I spoke with in service, are definitely displaying customer care and love for their job. The work was completed in a timely manner, with the exception of small parts being ordered. I am a happy customer.

Great service but under staffed

The service was amazing but you really need more financial managers. One financial manager handling all of the sales is too much for one person. Had I stayed on the original day I went in to complete the transaction I would have had a 4 hour wait. I went back the next day and still had a 2 hour wait.

Went in for oil change & tire rotation. Add transmission flush. When I went to get in car, notice that the rotation wasn't performed. Notified service & they rotated tires.

Considering we came in to check on a recall for my daughter, and then walking out with a Brand New truck, our experience was wonderful. Nate and the Financial staff were just delightful! Nate was such a pleasure to talk to and he was very tentative to our wants and needs. I loved the fact that the "pressure sales" has been taken out of the experience. Everyone, even those not involved were extremely nice and caring to my husband and I. This was not a normal car buying experience, so thank you to the entire staff at Tom Gill Chevrolet.

Kristi Beaver was really helpful in the purchasing of my new car. She was kind and friendly and never rude or pushy as sales people can be somtimes. She explained everything I would need to do to keep up with the maintainence of my car and even showed me the service area.

HHR Passenger Airbag Recall

Everything went very well. I was 10 minutes early and so had to wait a little bit, but that was understandable. When the Service Dept. was ready to work on my HHR, I first enjoyed a free coffee and then decided to go shopping with my friend. When I got back in 2 hours, my car was finished and home I went. Thank you for your friendly service.

I tried to send you guys a message before this one, but for some reason it didn't go through. Thank you for having the free rental car agency right there in your facility! It was a huge blessing. Something was wrong with my heater a few weeks ago, Rex E. Tonan took care of my situation right away. I was in there again just this past Saturday to have my oil changed, once again, excellent service. I am currently driving a 2013 Sonic, coming this December, I do plan on coming back to Tom Gill to purchase a certified Malibu. I am praying for a great deal.
