Call off the hounds!

I clicked the Edmund’s link to ask for more info about a car at this dealership last week, just before a snowstorm hit. That unleashed nonstop harassment. At least half a dozen different people have contacted me, from different phone numbers and email addresses so there is no consistent trail of communication. The dealership is 1.5 hours away. They refuse to engage in any serious discussion until I’m on their lot. It is absolutely horrible to be harassed in this way because I simply wanted information about a piece of merchandise.

    I found Ms. Williams to be attentive to our needs, and she worked very hard to get us the best possible deal on our new Civic lease. The selection of colors and models was large Jim and Nell Sears

    When I hear of someone looking to buy a new car, I immediately tell them to visit Jeff Wyler Honda! My past 3 car leases I've had a Honda car, and Tom Judd has been the dealer for all of them. I've gone from sporty (1st car), to a 4-door Accord (new mom), to finally my dream '08 Pilot! And Tom Judd was the man to get me what I wanted from start to finish. The sales department is top notch, and the no-pressure environment is appreciated. Honda is my vehicle of choice, Tom Judd is my salesman of choice, and Jeff Wyler is my dealership of choice!

    This is the 2nd Honda I have leased with Tom Judd from the internet dept. Before this, I got my cars the "usual" way - back and forth with the prices, but Mr. Judd and the internet has changed all that. I do my homework, take a test drive, and then drive it home. The hardest part now is the color choice. I like Steve and Crystal in the service dept as well.

    Simply the best garage I've ever dealt with. Honest staff with a can do attitude to help you get your car running again. I only let Honda Service work on my two Honda cars. From oil changes to tires. Since buying Honda's don't have any major repairs.

    When we first had the idea of buying a car we were prepared for a much more difficult process than it turned out to be. We did all our preliminary research so we were informed when we actually went to the dealerships. When we found Jeff Wyler in Florence, and Kathy, we were so pleasantly surprised with her approach to the whole selling/buying relationship. She answered all our questions and concerns as well as guiding us into a purchase we were very happy with. The customer service there was excellent, not only our direct sales woman Kathy but everyone we came in contact with even walking through the door was very friendly and helpful. The price was outstanding, even for these hard times we were astonished. Need less to say we would deal with Jeff Wyler and Kathy again!

    Wanted a truck to replace my van. The sales team at Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence were friendly, efficient and fast at finding the truck I wanted, at the pirce I wanted and the financing I needed. There was no haggling over price or terms and that made it a great experience. I recommend all my friends shop at Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence.

    I had a great buying experience when getting my latest car from Jeff Wyler Honda. I had heard a lot of positive things about this dealership from friends and co-workers but was a little skeptical about going to to this dealer because it was pretty far from where I live. There are several other Honda dealers in my area but I drove over 40 miles to go to Jeff Wyler and I am glad I did. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. I felt like I was a valued customer from the start and they worked with ,e to get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone - and it is worth the drive!

    No one likes to take their car in for service - the drive, the wait, the inconvenience, the expense - ugh! But in my profession (I'm a realtor), I drive for a living so my car must be in tip-top shape at all times meaning regular service is a must and I don't have much time to spare. Everyone in the Service Dept at Jeff Wyler Honda Florence makes getting my car serviced easy and (almost) painless. Scheduling the appointment is easy w/convenient hours and appointment times (sometimes a walk-in) that fit into my busy schedule. Maintenance Minder on my Accord tells me when to take my car in and for what services, but the staff is always sure to inform me of what will done, why and how much it will cost. With free wi-fi in the lounge, I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced - reducing my down time. And with competitive rates and a "do it right the first time" mentality, I know I'm getting a good value. I don't hesitate to recommend Jeff Wyler Honda Florence sales (I leased my car there) and service department.

    I got prices from every Honda dealership in greater Cincinnati area and Wyler was the lowest. This isn't why we purchased from them though. It was the way they treat their customers. They respect your time and they don't insult your intelligence like the other dealers do. We were quoted a price and that is what we paid. Everything disclosed, no suprises. I would have paid a few hundred more for that type of service! I'm just glad I didn't have to.

    I just want to tell everyone to use Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence. I am 18 years old and was treated like I had bought hundreds of cars. After not getting helped at 4 other dealerships, I went online to search for cars and then have my parents all in. I found a little truck at Jeff Wyler honda of Florence. Well I guess i clicked for a quote and Bud sent me a video and pricing information on the truck. I was like wow that was cool. The video was only 30 secs or so but it showed me the truck. I went into the dealership and Bud didnt act when he saw me. I figured that Bud would be like great this kid has been wasting my time. We went for a test drive and drove by my dads work even in Cincinnati to show it to him. Later that night I had my truck. I have put 7000 miles on the cars in 3 months. I have had no problems with it at all. My experience was so great I figured I had t give Bud and everyone a shoot out. I will tell all my friends to show there. Ask and tell Bud that Cody B. sent you to him. He will take great care of you. Thanks again Bud

    After researching cars and dealerships online, I drove 2 hours this weekend to buy a car from Jeff Wyler Honda. I had in mind I would buy a smart car but ended up getting a Honda Civic. Have to say working with Brenda with the "Internet Team" was so easy and a wonderful experience. Even though this has to be the busiest dealership I have ever seen, we never felt like we where a bother to Brenda. She was wonderful to work with and I will defintely go back to her again!!!

    This is the third car I have purchased from this dealer in 11 years, and the second time I have used Bud and his Internet Team. They are fantastic. No haggling over price...They come out of the gate with a great price. They are very knowledgable, very friendly, and make the end-to-end experience of purchasing a car as painless as it gets. Also worth noting is that I've been using their service department for over a decade, and they are fantastic as well...I attribute their expertise to how well my first Honda Accord ran. I took it in for every maintenance, and even as a hard driver, the 2000 Accord SE never required a single fix (10.5 years; 180,000 miles) I only had to take care of wearable items (tires, brake pads, etc.).

    Kathy as always is great. We have been buying cars from her for 15 years. Previous Honda Civic (x2), Then Accord (x2) owners, Now completly satisfied Pilot Touring Owners. If you want to buy a Honda or a previously owned vehicle in Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati area, I would highly recomment Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence and seeing Kathy Collier and her internet sales team.     Service was scheduled to be about 2 hours and was completed in 1 hour. Service personnel were knowledgeable and as always very friendly in explaining what needed to be done. Stopped in the body shop after that to an estimate on a couple of rock dings and a scrape on the bumper and it was a repeat of the same good service.

    I thought Shawn was very professional, he let me make the decision I wanted, he didn't try to talk me into anything or pressure me. I am very happy with my puchase and my overall experience at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. I love my new Honda Fit!

    Jeff Wyler was great to work with when purhcasing our new Honda Odyssey. Dan Hollenkamp was very professional and easily answered all of our questions. We were at the dealer three times before we finally decided to purchase, and we were never once pressured to purchase. No hard sales tactics at all. We would definitely recommend friends to buy a vehicle there.

    We have been buying Hondas from Wyler in Florence for 10 years, 3 Odysseys and now 1 Pilot. They always give you the best price up front and no surprises when you get there. They were $600 lower on their first quote than the first quote from a local dealer. Definately worth the 40 mile drive from Liberty Township for us to save that kind of money! We have always gotten the most money for our trade from Mike D. and our salesman Bud is second to none in customer service. He's part of the Internet team so we always go back to him. If you want to be treated with respect, get the best price the first time with little to no haggling, get more for your trade and have a pleasant buying experience, this is the place!! Thanks Mike and Bud!

    Overall, this was a bad experience, but certain aspects were pleasant. I test drove a Honda Accord with Eric S. He was very cordial and friendly. Not overly pushy, just upfront. Given my time constraints, I wanted to negotiate and purchase the car online over email. Online, I dealt with Marty A. I received an excellent upfront price for the Honda Accord - almost $4,000 below invoice. Unfortunately, when I asked for the out the door price, it was littered with add-ons and extra fees claiming that they did all the paperwork to receive my plates and registration ( all the local Honda dealers do this FYI). The increase in price was almost $2000. In addition, they would not send me an official offer thru PDF file and insisted I come into the dealership. Then, I was told that their offer would still stand stood when my official offer from Performance Honda fell through because they stated that they were being dishonest. I felt that the online staff was very unaccommodating to my needs.
