Service was scheduled to be about 2 hours and was completed in 1 hour. Service personnel were knowledgeable and as always very friendly in explaining what needed to be done. Stopped in the body shop after that to an estimate on a couple of rock dings and a scrape on the bumper and it was a repeat of the same good service.
