Even when I came back to the dealership, your service tech saw me enter… through the front door and came to me to let me my car was done. Everything was just like being treated by a family member. My only comment is that it was difficult for me to understand how the wrong color… part for the second row seats could be sent to Scholfield given the fact that it is a 2015 GMC Yukon. I will make a second trip on Thursday for the correct part to be installed.Warranty work at Scholfield

They are always knowledgeable and if I do ask something they are not sure of they will find out for you. The customer lounge is a very nice… one to relax in while the service is getting done. All the service techs are nice to deal with. This time I dealt with Brian and Eric - both was very good and took care of all my questions on my Enclave.Scholfield Buick Gmc

by bandtyams on 01/15/2015I really appreciated that when I informed you guys that I had an appt. to get to an hour later, instead of offering a ride to the place, I was told my car would be pushed to the front of the line and would be done in time for me to get to… my appt. across town. You definitely followed through on your promise AND I also received a couple of free car wash coupons. Great customer service!!Service was excellent
