I really appreciated that when I informed you guys that I had an appt. to get to an hour later, instead of offering a ride to the place, I was told my car would be pushed to the front of the line and would be done in time for me to get to my appt. across town. You definitely followed through on your promise AND I also received a couple of free car wash coupons. Great customer service!!
